Hasbro and Kabam have teamed up for make another Transformers game for mobile devices called Transformers: Forged to Fight. This particular game meshes a few genres into one title, with RPG mechanics being present and meshed with one-on-one fights and character collecting. Yes you will be able to actually transform between vehicle and robot as well.
Hasbro Inc., Backflip Studios and Space Ape Games have pushed out a new update for their Transformers: Earth Wars mobile game today. This update is the biggest one to date for the game and brings with it plenty of new goodies including a couple of new Combiners, those being Devastator and Superion.
Back in February 2016 we reported on a new Transformer game that would be making its way to Android this Spring. Well if you’ve been waiting patiently for the game to launch, Transformers: Earth Wars is now available for download off of Google Play as of this morning.
Released as a collaboration by Hasbro, Backflip Studios and Space Ape Games, Transformers: Earth Wars is coming soon to Android. The gameplay will be real-time strategy game that is set to feature the more iconic characters from the franchise. We should be able to expect the likes of Optimus Prime, Megatron, Starscream, Grimlock, Ratchet, Bumblebee, and others all making an appearance in this game.
Rovio has announced yet another addition to their Angry Birds franchise, this time themed after the world of Transformers. Aptly named Angry Birds Transformers, there isn’t a ton of details regarding this new game but it shouldn’t be too hard to figure out what to expect when it is released.
While not specifically a game per se, Transformers: Age of Extinction is an app with game elements that ties in with the upcoming movie of the same name. The app features a bevy of features, all of which involve promoting the movie, obviously. Character Bios, trailers, a photo gallery, and a look at all the new Transformers toys themselves are all a part of the app.
Following the recent trend of games made from new movie releases, Transformers: Age of Extinction from DeNA, will be hitting mobile platforms later this year. This will be the second title in a three year agreement between DeNA and Hasbro Gaming to create mobile games based on the Transformer franchise.
DeNA has announced that their TCG called Transformers: Legends will be getting weekly episodic updates through this month. Each week will be new episodes of content which will be released as an update. There is a lot of content on the way including a new PvP multiplayer episode to try out.
