Pixowl’s The Sandbox game has done exceedingly well for itself since its initial release. We’ve talked about that game a few times on here, either about the original launch or regarding some of the updates that have greatly expanded the game from what it once was. Needless to say, when we got an offer to check out the sequel at GDC 2016, we were pretty interested in seeing what was new.

11-bit Studios’ popular, dark, and at times, depressing This War Of Mine war survival game will be getting just a bit more dark and depressing soon thanks to the addition of children coming soon to the game. This is a sort of sequel to the original game, officially titled This War Of Mine: The Little Ones, which 11-bit Studios just revealed as coming to mobile devices during a YouTube conference showing. This was originally announced as a PC version.
Ortus Arena is the adaptation of a board game by Firebrush Studios that will soon be available for a few different platforms, one of which being Android. This particular game features a hexagon-filled playing area where players will be controlling their Warlord and subsequent soldiers as they take on their opponent for domination.
While Niantic Lab may have canceled their talk and subsequent gameplay show off at GDC for their upcoming Pokemon GO mobile game in exchange for additional development time before showing it off, the company did break the game out for a quick gameplay preview at SXSW 2016.
Telltale Games reveals details about their upcoming Batman series and a new series announcement coming tomorrow as well
Telltale Games have been busy little bees it seems and today the company revealed a few details about their upcoming Batman series they originally announced last year. On top of that, the company also has a big announcement to make tomorrow about two other series, one being Minecraft Storymode (the arrival of Episode 5) and a new series coming in the future which currently is remaining nameless until tomorrow’s announcement.
Released by Celsius Online, Celsius Heroes is designed to be a “mid-core” RPG, where things begin on the simple and casual side, and gradually moves into something deeper, with a heavy emphasis on characters and decision making. The developers are claiming inspiration from the likes of Dungeon Master, Eye of the beholder II, Might and Magic IV, and the Ultima Series.

Well we are back and we have plenty to report on, so this is just a bit of a round-up of what you can expect to find over the next few days here on DroidGamers. (Hint: There’s a lot)
Kiloo Games have announced that their newest title, called Tesla Tubes, will be launching onto mobile devices later this month. This particular game is an interesting little puzzler where players will be trying to connect the matching batteries and cover your circuit board with tubes to power up a magical machine park.
[Update: Released] The popular Disney XD TV series YO-KAI Watch is getting its own mobile game later this month
While you may be reading this and thinking you’re a bit too old to be watching the Disney XD TV channel, there’s apparently quite a few very popular shows on there, one of which is called YO-KAI Watch. Well now this popular TV series is getting its own mobile game that will be launching later this month.
Gamevil has begun closed beta testing a new game for mobile called Masquerade. This particular game is a side-scrolling action RPG title where players can choose one of the three available classes to play as, before heading out into the game’s world to start beating on a variety of different bad guys.
