The rather popular Playstation emulator for Android called ePSXe has been updated to version 1.8.9 and along with this update comes some pretty nice improvements, especially if you own an Xperia Play device. If you own an Xperia Play, ePSXe now supports your device’s touchpad should you be in the need to use it.
Amazon is getting ready to spread their wings a little bit more than normal and have announced that they will be offering up their 8.9″ Kindle Fire HD through AT&T later this week. The 8.9″ Kindle Fire HD will actually be at a somewhat reasonable price as well. Of course that is with you signing a 2-year contract of course.
Apple has come out to reveal what could be the direct competitor to the Android-powered gaming consoles out there like the OUYA and GameStick, Officially called the iPlay, Apple is touting this console as the next step in the evolutionary chain of mobile games that will also be able to be played while sitting on your couch at home.
Back in the beginning of February we talked about Kabam who will be teaming up with NBC Universal for the next Fast and the Furious game which will be heading out way soon. Some more news regarding the Android-powered console OUYA but this time it isn’t about the hardware or anything like that. Instead it is about the games that will be available for people to play when the console begins shipping to the masses. As of last night there are a 104 games already confirmed for OUYA when the console begins shipping to consumers.
Ratrod Studios has announced a new addition to their Drift Mania franchise is on the way to multiple mobile platforms including Android sometime in the early part of Summer 2013. Officially named Drift Mania: Street Outlaws, the game is pretty much as the name suggests, drift street racing through various locations around the world.
