One of my favorite types of games is word games and there are plenty of them in the Android market. Today I have two relatively new ones for all you wordsmiths out there. So get your Dictionaries and Thesauruses ready if you snag either of these games off of Google Play.
Today we cover a couple of cool game, one where you can eat my dust and the other where you are turned into space dust (if you are not careful). Both have great graphics and quite enjoyable.
Well the Squirrel this week is working on his matching prowess. Both of the games featured today deal with your ability to plan and strategize in groups of three or more. Too bad it is no nuts are involved.
Well it is a new year here at DroidGamers. We have a new website design and a somewhat new column: Larry’s (the incredible edible squirrel) Play Corner. We started this a few months ago but now we are back and ready to go. I have always been fascinated by ants. They are quite remarkable creatures. When I saw this game, and that it involved ants and strategy, I decided to give it a try. Overall it is a fun game. The goal of BugKing is to dominate your fellow bugs in the field. You start off in a small hut, as do your opponents.
When I saw the name of this game, Jumping Electron. I was intrigued. Having a degree in Chemistry, I thought this game would be right up my alley. Jumping Electrons is fun arcade type game with a bit of a flare for the technically inclined.
I am a big fan of turn-based strategy games. When I heard about Conquest! Medieval Realms by Slitherine I knew I wanted to give it a try. Overall it is a very well done game and should be in the library of any turn-based strategy gamers.
Romance of Rome is a new hidden object game from Herocraft. While I do not play a lot of hidden object type games, this game is nicely done and quite enjoyable. So let’s get into the review shall we?
You are the last survivor on Mars – can you survive? Meltdown on Mars THD is a relatively new game for Tegra 2 Android tablets and a very good one at that. The game is simple – survive at all costs. This top down shooter is an interesting combination of a 3rd person shooter and tower defense.
