You have to love our tipsters who are generally all over Gameloft’s ass when it comes to their game pages leaking out or their sales they hold before they even announce them. Once again we are getting reports that Gameloft games are starting to show up at a 50% 60% discount when viewing them through the Gameloft store through the app.
Honestly, we like the way things are going when it comes to promo videos these days, especially when it comes to tablets or unique Android devices like the Xperia Play which just recently featured it’s rather twisted sweatshop-style surgery commercial showing the poor Android robot getting some thumbs.

Robo Defense has been around for a ridiculous amount of time on the Android Market. In fact it was one of the first games I ever played when I got my G1 back when Android first came out. Bad jokes aside, it seems they are doing a very good job of expanding their line-up of games as another developer has signed on with them. Just announced was the signing of GyLgames onto the Hyperbees family.
Artificial Life has been making iOS games for awhile, some of them have been pretty big hits on the App Store. Well it appears that they are ready to make the jump to Android and their debut title is their people iSink U game. This game is a 3D cartoon-ish type of battleship/strategy game for all you strategy game lovers out there.
Having Flash support in Android is great, especially if you enjoy playing Flash games online. While there is an ever growing selection of Flash games packaged and put onto the Android Market which are specifically re-designed for mobile playing, a lot of the good Flash games are still browser-based and do not have controls for mobile gaming.
This editorial is more of a gaming industry related editorial but the topic could easily spill into the world of mobile gaming and, chances are, at some point it will.
