Telltale Games’ popular series Tales from the Borderlands is unfortunately coming to a close soon. The company today announced when we can expect the Season Finale to arrive, which will be later this month. As hinted at during the company’s impromptu Q&A session recently on Twitter, this ending to the series is going to be a bit of a tearjerker apparently.
The developer of the ubiquitous Havok engine has a new home under the Microsoft banner. On October 2nd, the Redmond tech giant purchased the Dublin firm from Intel corps for an undisclosed sum of money. Swift to assuage industry fears that the move would bring the popular Havok engine in-house only, Microsoft put forth this statement on their blog.
Digital Faces is an indie developer that has released their first mobile game onto Android called Dream Dodger. This is an endless runner style of game that has been in development for the last two and a half years. In fact the story behind Dream Dodger is actually pretty interesting, but that will be for another article. To give you a hint though, the challenge was to code a Triple-A style of endless runner with having very little in the way of coding experience. Like we said, it’s an interesting story.
With all the stealth skill of Sam Fisher hanging from the rafters in a shroud of darkness, Electronic Arts snuck into your favorite app store and permanently removed several titles from their online catalog with little ruckus, fanfare or announcement. As of September 1st, Electronic Arts has taken down a rather lengthy list of titles.

Actually it is more about unique art styles within the games with titles like Botanicula and Fearless Fantasy a part of this one.
Bandai Namco and Hipster Whale recently teamed up to release Pac-Man 256 onto Android. Well now that game has invaded Hipster Whale’s original popular game Crossy Road with the game’s new update that has just arrived. Almost a year ago to the day we reported on Jagex, developers behind the very popular MMORPG called RuneScape, announced a new game based off of the RuneScape world called Chronicle: RuneScape Legends. Well this game is finally entering a closed beta testing phase with sign-ups now available for those of you who want to try and be a part of it.
