Butterscotch Shenanigans are getting their own documentary about the making of Crashlands called Brace For Impact

In the world of indie developers, each company usually has a pretty unique story behind it and the people working for them. Butterscotch Shenanigans, however, have a number of stories as the three main founders all have their own story, some of which is pretty inspiring like Sam beating cancer. Even the stories behind the games they developer are interesting, and Crashlands being their most ambitious project will most than likely have a great one as well.

Playdigious’ next game called Take Cover enters into closed beta. Sign-ups are now live.

The folks who built DotEmu eventually sold that company off back in 2014 and have since started a new company called Playdigious. This new company has already released a few titles onto Android including Stardunk, Evoland, and a few others. Their newest game is called Take Cover and it has just entered into a closed beta testing phase with sign-ups for it going live.

Activision and Sony announces a new Ghostbusters game heading to Android this Summer called Ghostbusters: Slime City

Announced jointly by both Activision and Sony, Android gamers will now have a new Ghostbusters game to enjoy soon. Dubbed Ghostbusters: Slime City, this game will focus on events that are to take place after what’s to be shown in the upcoming movie. As the premise goes, players will be assuming the role of a squad of rookies, who have been charged with watching over station while their more famous counterparts are doing more high profile work around the country.

DroidGamers first Minecraft Realms server is now live.

Yesterday the alpha test version of Minecraft Realms for Minecraft: Pocket Edition launched and of course we have to get a server for our readers to come play on, build stuff, and hang out on. There are a couple of limitations to Minecraft Realms, mainly that there’s no modding available just yet and there is a limit of 10 users who can be playing at any given time. You can, however, have up to 200 invited users per server. This is why we are saying our ‘first’ server, as we will probably end up needing more in order to accommodate everyone.
