If Nintendo teaming up with DeNA to bring their IPs to mobile deices wasn’t hell freezing over then perhaps today’s news about Square Enix and Nexon will manage to pull that off. After Square Enix announced that no more major Final Fantasy games would be coming to mobile after Final Fantasy VI, due to a lot of reasons, today Nexon and Square Enix have announced that they are teaming up to bring Final Fantasy XI to mobile devices. What is even crazier is that we already have confirmation of a Western release, so it won’t be Japan only.

One game we have been waiting for since the beginning of this year is Taichi Panda from Snail Games. Originally we reported on this Action-RPG title back during CES 2015 when we went hands-on with Taichi Panda on Snail Games’ upcoming Android gaming devices, the W 3D and the OBox Android game console. Back in February 2015 Taichia Panda went into a soft launch / beta testing phase on Android and now it has finally been released for more people to play.
Crescent Moon Games has finally brought their action-filled endless running platformer Space Chicks to Google Play today. Originally this game debuted in the Crescent Moon Games themed Humble Bundle but once that ended Space Chicks hasn’t been available for anyone else to play… until now.

Kiloo Games in collaboration with Emerald City Games, is bringing a new hack ‘n’ slash action game to your Android device soon. Between these two companies, some great games have been created in the past, so there is much to be excited about with their upcoming release, Stormblades.
Sanuk Games originally released Bombing Bastard onto Steam and the Wii U not too long ago and it has done pretty decently for itself on those two platforms. However in order to bring bombing madness to the masses, Sanuk Games has finishing developing an Android version of their game and have released it onto Google Play for Android TV and the Nvidia Shield brand of devices.

The genre had just been given fresh legs thanks to indie hits like Amnesia and Outlast, and I knew VR could take it to the next level.
Gamevil’s Kritika: The White Knights has been updated today (version 2.12) which brings a new character to the game called the Demon Blade. If you’re into the more sword-focused characters, Demon Blade is an expert swordsman-type character with a variety of fast sword attack abilities to take advantage of in a fight.
Rolocule Games has announced that they have released a new Android game, called Motion Tennis Cast. This game looks like it would play much like the tennis game within Wii Sports would, as it uses motion to control what’s happening. The major difference though is in hardware, where players would only need “screens like HDTV, Smart TV or a web browser using screen cast software – Chromecast, Miracast or AllShareCast.”. The trailer demos how it works, which is basically to open the game, cast it, and you’re off to playing virtual tennis, swinging your phone as if it were a tennis racket, while seeing the game get played in a PC browser or TV.
Today a new game development studio has announced that not only do they exist but that they will focus on nothing but wearable games. According to the company, called Everywear Games, they are the first studio in the world to focus solely on this type of platform. Everywear Games is made up of veteran executives that have worked for some other big companies in the industry including Remedy, Digital Chocolate and Rovio.
[Update: Released] Modern Combat 5: Blackout to get a massive content update and eventually will be going for free
Gameloft has announced that Modern Combat 5: Blackout will be getting a massive content update soon and when the update lands, Modern Combat 5: Blackout will also be made available on Google Play for free. Today the iOS version of the update was released and the Android version will be ‘coming soon’.
