Earlier today Nvidia announced four new games for their Shield brand of Android devices, specifically the Shield Android TV. However, those weren’t the only games coming to Android TV as five other games have been updated recently to bring Android TV support to them, most within the last week.

Meltdown is a top down shooter from Bullypix. The gameplay is simplistic, the story is nearly non-existent, and the levels are repetitive. With all that being said, the game was a total blast, and I looked forward to playing any time I wasn’t. It’s not without flaws, just having spelled out a few of them. Yet, none of those really mattered to me, nor dissuaded me from enjoying the game.
[Update: Released] Zen Studios reveals that Ant-Man will be the next Marvel themed pinball table
Coming hot off the heels of the recent release of the MARS pinball table, Zen Studios has announced that the next Marvel-themed pinball table for their Zen Pinball platform will be Ant-Man. For those of you not familiar with who Ant-Man is, he is a somewhat underrated superhero in the Marvel universe who can shrink down to the size of an ant. However recently Ant-Man has had a bit of a makeover by Marvel and now he looks a lot better than he used to.
Back in 2013 Nekki released their rather cool running game Vector which takes place in an Orwellian world, with players trying to escape Big Brother. It’s not too dissimilar to Canabalt, for those of you who have played it. Well if you enjoyed Vector then you should be happy to know a sequel is on the way, appropriately named Vector 2.

Released by Yellow Monkey Studios, Socioball is a new puzzle game that’s set to go live on July 1st. In this game, players are tasked with getting a ball to move from point A to point B. The challenge lies in the layout of the board; to wit, there is a board comprised of tiles, on which the ball will roll with some of the tiles missing.
Well it is about that time again for another round-up of Android games currently on sale at the end of another week. This week’s list actually has some pretty good games on it, with 2K Games putting a few of their game on sale like XCOM: Enemy Withing, which we reported on earlier this week. It turns out 2K Games wanted to do more than just one game, which is fine with us!
Nickervision Studios has released a few of these simple yet addictive arcade games onto Android already. So far we have Pivot, Bing Bong, and Righty Tighty. Needless to say their new game follows a similar pattern for its name as well, with this one being called Ding Dong. Like its funny named brethren, Ding Dong also features addictive and simple gameplay, although not as simple as the first few games.
Zen Studios has released a new pinball table for there Zen Pinball platform on Android rather quietly. This new pinball table is the company’s MARS table, released awhile ago for their console version of Zen Pinball. So what exactly is MARS pinball all about?
Crossy Road, the super-popular Frogger clone released by Yodo1, has released an update to their game. This update is incorporating an element of Korean pop culture into what’s available, by offering a mix of new characters that players can opt to control. The biggest (only?) name among the bunch is Psy, the artist that wrote the song Gangnam Style.
