Offered in both a free and premium membership, the Call of Duty Elite system is a service that offers a wide variety of extra features to Modern Warfare 3 including plenty of social features.
Bridea is a Korean game developer who has been working on an MMOFPS called DaVinci. Originally codenamed “Project R” before switching to “Project Renaissance” before settling on the official name of DaVinci Online, this is a 3D fantasy MMOFPS title that appears to be heading to Tegra 3 Android devices and was developed using Unreal Engine 3.
Nexon and their mobile branch, Nexon Mobile, isn’t a name we hear too much right now when it comes to Android games. This is about to change though as they are gearing up to release their Unreal Engine 3 built FPS (First-person shooter) game called Combat Arms: Zombies THD.
MachineWorks Northwest has told our friends over at PocketGamer that they are working on currently making Duke Nukem 3D optimized for the Xperia Play which should make anyone who owns that device and the game pretty happy. However, there is even more good news for all people playing this game.
In mid-October we reported on Tapjoy teaming up with Machineworks Northwest to bring an official port of Duke Nukem 3D to Android. Well the wait is now officially over and your favorite ass kicking, gum chewing, stripper loving hero is now available on the Android Market.
So IGN had a chance a few days ago to sit down and get some hands-on time with Gameloft’s upcoming Modern Combat 3: Fallen Nation game in multiplayer mode which is slated for both Android and iOS devices. While the single-player game looks great, true FPS fans are looking forward to having an FPS title available with real console like multiplayer.
Gameloft has been announcing on their Twitter accounts, all of them, that their third installment into the Modern Combat series of games, Modern Combat 3: Fallen Nation will be released onto iOS devices Oct. 27th with the Android version to come ‘in the following weeks’.
Fans of FPS type games, especially those from back in the day, are in for a treat as MachineWorks has partnered up with TapJoy to bring Duke Nukem 3D to Android. MachineWorks has tapped into TapJoy’s $5million dollar developer fund to develop Duke Nukem 3D for Android.
Gameloft has just announced that their upcoming 3D FPS game called March of Heroes has been officially canceled. Those of you out there who were looking forward to this game being released don’t have to worry about waiting anymore. However, Gameloft did include a little gem of information in their post.
