Well here is some interesting news that could be big for mobile gaming if it comes true, at least when it comes to Android and iOS. Blizzard’s COO Paul Sams has said that there are actually a couple of dedicated teams within Blizzard working on mobile apps. That’s nothing new as we have the Remote Auction House with guild chat and a couple other ‘accessory’ apps available to us on Android.

Pinball fans have something to talk about as veteran Pinball game development studio, Farsight, have announced a whole new collection of Pinball games coming to just about every platform, including Android. You may be familiar with their other collections such as the Pinball Hall of Fame in 2004 and again in 2008 featuring different companies that made real pinball game and their table designs.
While we all are still waiting for Skillz: The DJ Game to land on Android, if you are eager to play a music game that is a bit unique to tide you over till Skillz is released, there is a new one on the Android Market today called RoboFonics. It is a mix of music creation and puzzle solving which seems pretty fun.
A little bit of chatter has been going on about a game called Wind-Up Knight which came out on Oct. 18, 2011. Developed by Robot Invader, Wind-Up Knight is a fast-paced side-scrolling action game wrapped in 3D graphics for high-end Android devices and it is definitely both fun and challenging.
Alawar Games has released another Hidden Objects game onto the Android Market today called Snark Busters which is a fantasy themed Hidden Objects game this time. The goal of this new game, to find the Snark. What is a Snark? No idea aside from it being a creature that is found in this Steampunk world in Snark Busters.
Gameloft still having issues with Order & Chaos security breach, ‘not sure’ if all data is recoverable
Unfortunately we have to follow some good Gameloft news with some bad Gameloft news regarding Order & Chaos MMORPG and the security breach that we have been reporting on since the start of it. The company revealed over on the Order & Chaos forums that it “can’t be sure” if the lose data can be recovered.
So IGN had a chance a few days ago to sit down and get some hands-on time with Gameloft’s upcoming Modern Combat 3: Fallen Nation game in multiplayer mode which is slated for both Android and iOS devices. While the single-player game looks great, true FPS fans are looking forward to having an FPS title available with real console like multiplayer.
One of the bigger game development companies out there, Ubisoft, is reportedly working on a ‘new IP’ for Android and iOS while it is currently working on porting over current IPs to tablets already. Interestingly enough, they specifically mention that there is no current news about supporting the Xperia Play.
