Skyriders by Inverse Blue swoops onto the Android track

A new game called Skyriders by indie game developer Inverse Blue landed onto Google Play over the past weekend. The game is a blend between the platformer and tunnel-racer genres, where you play as an alien piloting a spacecraft. The game features crazy track layouts to test your skills, and has visceral looking visuals of the cosmos as the backdrop.

Akaneiro: Demon Hunter multiplayer action-RPG gets new in-game footage video

One game we are eagerly awaiting release and had recently launched beta sign-ups is for Spicy Horse Games’ upcoming multiplayer action-RPG title called Akaneiro: Demon Hunter. As a short recap for those of you who have missed our previous coverage, in this game you will be playing as a member of an elite society of demon hunters called The Order of Akane. You mission will be to set out and cleanse a village of Yokai in a world set in the Edo period of Japan, inspired by ancient demons, with hand-painted visuals.

Gameloft’s Real Soccer 2013 unleashed onto Google Play

Rounding off the Gameloft news today, which there seems to be plenty of, Real Soccer 2013 has been released onto the Android population. This is Gameloft’s newest addition to the Real Soccer franchise, sporting a variety of improvements over its older brethren. The biggest improvement seems to be with the new management system that let’s you build up a club from the ground floor into a world champion.

Gameloft reveals the first in-game screenshots of My Little Pony

One game which, if you are a fan of ridiculously cute cartoon ponies, Gameloft has begun teasing is the title they have partnered up with Hasbro for called My Little Pony. Featuring characters from the My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic animated series such as Twilight Sparkle, Rainbow Dash, Apple Jack, Rarity, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, players will be creating their own Ponyville with the help of Twilight Sparkle and Spike.

Chaos Rings soon to be available for rooted Android users to play

It appears, as what usually happens in this instance, that Square Enix has seen the error of their ways when they decided to restrict rooted Android users from being able to download and play Chaos Rings. The tidbit of information came after the release of the game so rooted users were left wondering what was going on. Square Enix eventually added the ‘will not work on rooted devices’ line to their market listing on Google Play.
