Gameloft is on a roll with new releases lately. We all know that the crowd is very excited about the upcoming Modern Combat 5: Blackout but there is more to come. Rival Knights was also recently revealed as a new jousting game, presented with some well put together trailers, but now we have a third game creeping its way into the “coming soon” lists, however nothing is really known about it.
Dark Lands is a hybrid game containing elements of an endless runner and an action-adventure game, complete with endless running evasion tactics and a full combat system for dealing with those pesky enemies blocking the player’s way. Released earlier this May, Bulkypix’s Dark Lands packs a long playing experience into 2 content-filled game modes. Without question, its crossbreed characteristics will turn some heads but how does this marriage of an action-adventure x endless runner x platformer really play out?

About a week ago we reported on a sort of demo game from Epic which was released onto Google Play to show the flexibility of their Unreal Engine 4 in regards to mobile game development. Tappy Bird was the full demonstration game that they released and while it may not have been a massive buffet of visual eye candy, it did do the trick in some ways to show that you don’t need to be a massively experienced programmer to use Unreal Engine 4.

Originally released in 2004 for the Sony Playstation 2, Dragon Quest VIII is the first entry in the beloved franchise to be fully 3D. For those of you who are fans of Family Guy show you can now play the official Family Guy game on Android and iOS. In the game Peter Griffen has accidentally destroyed Quahog in a battle with the giant chicken and now he must save and the city. In order to do that you must rebuild the city by taking on the roles of various characters from the show and send them on hilarious quests that will affect the whole town.
Humble’s big 14 day long spring sale is now over, so it’s time to get back to the usual bundle series. This time we have their Humble Bundle for PC and Android 10 available, with some pretty sweet games on it.
