Namco Bandai loves to keep the world of Pac-Man alive and kicking with new game releases and different variants of our dot eating hero. The company has released a new Pac-Man game called Pac-Man + Tournaments and this is not only a Google Play exclusive game from Namco Bandai, it is also the first time a Pac-Man game has been available as a free-to-play title (in the classic series) since the franchises birth back in May 1980.

The year 1997 has come back to like in the form of those digital pets from Japan called Tamagotchi that a lot of kids lost their minds over when they first came out. Now those children are adults and Tamagotchi has come back to life but on Google Play this time. So all of those children who loved these digital pets back then, who happen to be adults now, can lose their minds all over again.
About a week ago we talked about a Tekken game that would be heading our way soon from Namco Bandai. While it is unfortunately not a head-to-head combat game in the series’ traditional sense, it is still a combat game nonetheless. For those of you who are waiting for the game to arrive, Tekken Card Tournament is now available in open beta.
One brand of fighting games we had hoped would make it to Android at some point is the Tekken series. Well we sort of got our wish filled although it isn’t exactly what we had in mind when we said we wanted Tekken to come to Android. See, Namco Bandai is bringing Tekken to Android but instead of a head-to-head fighting game it will arrive as a cross-platform card battle game instead.
Here’s a new social sim game recently released by NAMCO BANDAI Games, who we’ve seen in the mobile market with rather famous games like PAC’N-JUMP and PAC-CHOMP!. Their newest release, named Deluxe Cafe, sets itself as a social game that includes all that social-ish goodness that creates some mixed opinions among casual and hardcore gamers.
Namco Bandai has come out to release a new game onto the Google Play store called Sky Gamblers: Rise of Glory. This is a 3D aerial combat game that was originally developed by REVO Solution and is now being published by Namco Bandai. Oh, and you can also shoot down your friends in this game as well.
Fans of the One Piece anime series will be happy to know that their is a new augmented reality game from Namco Bandai themed around it called One piece ARCarddass Formation. Before you get too excited though, there are some pretty extreme limitations to who can play this game, at least for right now.
Namco Bandai to release an Android exclusive RPG called Tales of the World: Tactics Union this July
Namco Bandai generally releases their games onto multiple platforms including both Android and iOS as well as consoles. In fact they have more games released on other platforms aside from Android. However it appears that Namco Bandai are gearing up to release a new RPG that will be exclusive to the Android platform.
Interesting news coming out of Japan today regarding a certain game mechanic that they have just ruled as illegal. Due to this new ruling, the stocks of some major social gaming companies like GREE, DeNA and others have plummeted drastically to upwards of a 23 percent loss.
