We have finally updated our app this afternoon which, for some of you, is something you have been hoping to have happen for awhile now. You may have seen us mentioning on G+ that we are redesigning the app with a whole new look. That isn’t this update. What this update is for is to get ready for that one which will be coming soon. However, there are some new features added with this update and a few tweaks.
For those of you that are a part of the Minecraft: Pocket Edition public beta testing group, there is some good news for you today as the first beta for version 0.11.0 has been uploaded onto Google Play this morning. For those of you who missed our previous coverage as to what will be arriving with version 0.11.0, there are some pretty cool features we’ve been wanting to show up that are finally, hopefully, going to make the cut for the official release of 0.11.0.
Last week the Blackrock Mountain adventure update arrived for all versions of Hearthstone, bringing plenty of new single-player content to the game as well as a possible 31 new cards for players to snatch up as the work to complete each wing. With Blackrock Mountain opening up its first wing last week, and with a new wing opening up each week, that means wing number two is now open. Time to enter Molten Core!
If you are a Hearthstone fan and have been looking forward to the new solo adventure update opening up, then you will be happy to know that Blackrock Mountain is officially open. It actually opened at some point yesterday afternoon and regardless as to whether or not you pre-ordered the expansion, you will have acces to the first wing for free.

This update, which is already out for iOS apparently, will be adding all kinds of UK-themed content to the game when it does arrive for Android. So what exactly does that mean? TwitchTV has updated their Android app today and this update brings a couple of great features to the app, one of which has been sorely needed. This new update brings the Persistent Player to the app which basically means that video will now continue to play while you re browsing for content.
PopCap’s rather popular floral and zombie filled game called Plants vs Zombies 2 has been updated with The Springening update. Sounds scary doesn’t it? Well that is because it is. What is more freaky than a bunch of zombies in rabbit costumes? There isn’t a whole lot that can top that.
Bridge Constructor has received an update that brings the joys of Easter to the game with the Easter Islands update. Not only are the Easter Islands now available, but the Easter Bunny has made an appearance as well. In fact you’ll need to make sure your bridges are sturdy in order to make sure the carts of Easter Eggs and the bunny himself make it across safely.
WWE Immortals for Android will be receiving an update soon that will bring with it two new characters to the game as well as a new Event System. The new event system will be put to good use pretty quickly as well since there is a week-long series of events already planned to launch shortly that will be themed around the upcoming WrestleMania 31.
