Sony is looking to court even more developers to release their games onto Playstation Mobile for Playstation Certified devices, be that the PS Vita or Android devices. The company is trying to accomplish this by waving the fee publishers were needing to pay in order to publish onto the Playstation Mobile store.

A rather unique indie game called Rymdkapsel has landed on the Playstation Store but is also available for Playstation Certified Android devices. Developed by Grapefrukt Games, Rymdkapsel is a blend of fighting and building all in one title with a rather nice style of retro graphics to round everything out.
There are a couple of games that will be arriving for Playstation Mobile in the near future. The two titles slated for release onto Playstation Mobile were both part of a recent indie game jam and are called Oh Deer! and Gunhouse, both of which will be released by Necrosoft soon. So what exactly are these two games about?
Indie developers who are working on their games and want to have their next title available on Playstation platforms have a little bit more flexibility now as Sony will allow for game to be sold to customers even if the title is in an Alpha stage of development. Normally buying into a game that is in an alpha stage wouldn’t be something people would normally want to do, say 10 years ago or even 7 years ago, but now it’s a more widely accepted practice, especially after the success of Minecraft.
One of the more neat retro style platformers we’ve seen has gotten an update pushed to it. Life of Pixel by Super Icon is a Playstation Mobile game and after a lot of feedback from players of the game Super Icon has issued an update to address some of the issues people have brought up. Oh, and there is a whole new console world to explore as well.
Atomicom has been around on Android for awhile now having released a fair amount of rather successful games onto Google Play already. One of those games happens to be a rather fun racing game called Switch where players raced down a futuristic track as far and as fast as they can while switching lanes in order to avoid obstacles and beat their opponents.
HTC and Sony are teaming up this month to give away free Android games for those of you who use Playstation Mobile which happens to be available on select HTC devices. If you happen to own one of these Playstation Certified HTC devices, you’ll be able to take advantage of this promotion and score a few free games this month.
The world of tech blogs seems to be rather excited today as a few rumors and announcements have happened with one of the main ones coming from Sony who officially announced (or confirmed depending on how you look at it) their upcoming quad-core, and ultra thing, Xperia Tablet Z. A new game has arrived on the Playstation Mobile platform for Playstation Certified games called Cosmic Clean-up. Developed by Ripstone, this game has players taking control of an astronaut who is our to clean up the galaxy. This is done by using the rockets attached to your space ship in order to burn away whatever needs to be cleaned up.
