MiniDrivers is a rather unique racing game that is now available for Android devices. Developed by Ivanovich Games, MiniDrivers has players taking control of a Formula 1 race car as you try to become the world champion. While this doesn’t sound overly unique, more like a typical racing game, things do get a bit interesting in this title because you can change the rules.

Today SEGA has pushed out a little update for their Crazy Taxi: City Rush game which adds a particularly cool car to the game. This update is sort of a team effort with SEGA joining forces with Mattel to bring the Hot Wheels Bone Shaker care to Crazy Taxi: City Rush.
The official Superbike World Championship game has arrived onto Google Play and there is a pretty unique offer exclusive to Android users. Creative Mobile, the creators of racing game Nitro Nation, have released a sizable update for the game. For starters, there’s a new mechanic who can both create and upgrade blueprints. Upgrades now are done instantly, and at no cost. Repairs for blown engines are also instant, but continue to cost. And both of those no longer require a mechanic. Cars can also be traded in for one of the following three: cash, a booster package that’s random, or an upgrade kit for cars that are racing class.
EA has quietly done a soft launch of their next Need for Speed game called Need for Speed: No Limits. This game has already come under fire for a particular IAP that will be included in the game and that is the in-app purchase players have the option of using where they can purchase more gas. Whether this actually made it into the game or not is something we will be finding out shortly.
It appears that Gameloft will be adding a rather interesting feature in the next Asphalt 8 update. The company has begun teasing what looks like custom paint jobs for the cars that are in Asphalt 8. The stunt-filled level grinding game Trial Xtreme 4 received an update a few days ago that finally brings a much requested feature to the game – the ability to play offline. While this is a feature that has been wanted by a lot of players, it does have a limit. Basically the offline gameplay is available for Practice Mode only, at least for right now.
Currently available on iOS only right now, racing sim game Motorsport Manager is receiving an update on iOS soon. However what we care about is the developer announcing that he’s ‘closing in’ on getting the Android version of his game out onto Google Play.
Recently we posted about the new Need For Speed game heading our way called Need For Speed: No Limits. While the game looks pretty good and everyone is surely resigned to the fact that there will be IAPs in it, since this is EA after all, what may turn a lot of people off from the game before it is even released is the fact that players will have to buy gas.
