A few months ago Kairosoft release their highly anticipated Ninja Village to the Japanese Play Store and and made us drool over Ninja warfare in Japanese. It is now 2 months later and true to from Kairosoft has just released the English translated version to the masses. For those of you who are not familiar with Kairosoft it is a company that releases city management style games (some of them with a flare of combat others with out) done in a lighthearted cute pixel-art format. In the case of Ninja Village your job is to lead you Ninja Clan and unite Japan.

One of the more neat retro style platformers we’ve seen has gotten an update pushed to it. Life of Pixel by Super Icon is a Playstation Mobile game and after a lot of feedback from players of the game Super Icon has issued an update to address some of the issues people have brought up. Oh, and there is a whole new console world to explore as well.

Namco Bandai loves to keep the world of Pac-Man alive and kicking with new game releases and different variants of our dot eating hero. The company has released a new Pac-Man game called Pac-Man + Tournaments and this is not only a Google Play exclusive game from Namco Bandai, it is also the first time a Pac-Man game has been available as a free-to-play title (in the classic series) since the franchises birth back in May 1980.
NimbleBit is probably a familiar name to a fair amount of people, mostly thanks to their previous games Tiny Tower and Pocket Planes. There next game follows their retro pixel art theme that the company tends to go with, takes inspiration from the classic game of Snake, and meshes it together with a healthy does of action on top of it all.
Interesting news coming from a Japanese Final Fantasy fan site called Final Fantasy Reunion in regards to Square Enix’s Final Fantasy V game that was teased not too long ago as heading our way in the Final Fantasy IV trailer the company released. While the translation of the fan site is a bit rough, it points out a few interesting details you might want to think about.
A new retro style game has arrived called Alpine Trail. Developed by Sunlight Games, this little title challenges you to climb ten of the highest mountains in the world as fast as you can while attempting to collect as many bonus points as possible. However, like all goals in a game, this is easier said than done.

10000000, which is a rather unique name for a game that ironically doesn’t really have a whole lot to do with numbers in general, has been out on iOS for awhile now. The developers of the game, EightyEight Games, will be bringing 10000000 to Android tomorrow though for Android gamers to finally enjoy.
