[UPDATE: Game Released] Don’t Be Squared from SuperHippo Games arrives this week

The last game we reported on from SuperHippo Games was Pirate Legends TD. Their latest release isn’t a tower defense game. It is a side-scrolling action game that has plenty of intriguing characters, and a game mechanic that will have you rapidly drawing paths to overcome obstacles in the game. Don’t Be Squared is set to release this Thursday, June 30th for Android and iOS.

Stylish and flawlessly implemented Skate Lines game gets a sequel this Summer in Skate Lines 2

I reviewed Skate Lines in a Weekend Play Game Review in February of last year. It is a game that was created by independent game developer and skater, Daniel Stefan Zeller. It was great news to hear from Mr. Zeller recently, that his latest game, Skate Lines 2, would be making its way to Android and iOS sometime this summer. The original game was fun to play, stylish and had this really chill vibe about it. After watching the trailer for the sequel, more of that greatness returns, and so much more has been added.

Sky Chasers is an enjoyable game. It hearkens back to the days of playing arcade games, just to see how high of a score you can get. The game is created by independent game studio Lucky Kat Studios. Lucky Cat Studios is based in the Hague, Netherlands. The game is free-to-play in a good way, and has an adorable protagonist in Max. You can’t go wrong downloading this game.

Game Review: Super Mega Quest’s Ancestor is full of fun and gorgeous pixels

It is hard to escape games these days that choose to forgo great detail in the visuals department, for a more retro look. The games are everywhere in the Play Store. are everywhere. Sometimes you come across one that is great to play, and at the same time, the pixels look amazing. I am not exactly sure what lures me into the pixels that have been created by the Super Mega Quest team, but I like what they have done!
