DeNA and Square Enix have announced today that they will be doing a cross-over event with Final Fantasy: Record Keeper and Final Fantasy XIV which will start next month. Final Fantasy: Record Keeper will be featuring the more popular content from the MMORPG during the cross-over event.

[UPDATE: Game Released] Square Enix confirms Lara Croft GO release date and reveals new screenshots
Today seems to be a busy day for Square Enix as the company has launched their Final Fantasy Portal App as well as Final Fantasy VII onto iOS. Android users are supposed to be getting the Portal App as well, but so far Square Enix hasn’t announced a release date for Final Fantasy VII for Android, or if it will even be coming at all. In the meantime though, Square Enix has confirmed the release date for Lara Croft GO for mobile as well as releasing new screenshots as well.

Square Enix shows off Armor Blitz, a new game being developed within the Square Enix Collective program
Square Enix has been running a new program lately called the Square Enix Collective program which is basically the company’s third-party promotional arm. Square Enix provides indie developers various support while they developer their games. Today they are showing off a rather interesting Anime-style game called Armor Blitz.
Final Fantasy: Record Keeper has steadily been expanding since the game’s release and today this game has gotten bigger still. The size increase in content is thanks to a new content update that has arrived today. This update not only brings new content to the game but improvements to certain features as well, especially the Soul Break system.
Square Enix has released their newest financial results for the most recent quarter and the company is seeing a nice increase in profits, with a large part of that coming in thank of their mobile games catalog. Of course it wasn’t all because of mobile gaming. Square Enix also saw profits increase thanks to their recent push with their MMO content and expansions.
Square Enix updates Final Fantasy III through to Final Fantasy VI with support for Android TV. All go on sale as well.
Square Enix is looking at Android TV as quite the potential new stomping ground for their games. Whatever the reason for it may be, that is at least what it looks like the company is considering since they have updated Final Fantasy III through to Final Fantasy VI with support for Android TV.
During E3 2015 Square Enix announced a new mobile Lara Croft game that would be heading to mobile devices soon called Lara Croft GO. Well today the company has announced that Lara Croft GO is pretty much ready to go and will be arriving later this month.
After reporting earlier that Final Fantasy Tactics: War of the Lions was listed with a sale price, it now appears like Square Enix has placed several other titles of their on sale. These are some great, classic game titles, and most of which are being sold for half of their regular price.
Released by Square Enix, Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of the Lions is a port of the original Final Fantasy Tactics that was originally released for the PS1, back in the late 1990s, and later updated and re-released under its current name for the PSP several years later, before finally landing on Android.
