The developers behind the location-based Ingress games as well as the upcoming Pokemon GO title have revealed the details for their global Ingress First Saturday event this Saturday, November 7th, 2015. The event is actually pretty interesting in concept because it does actually happen across 100+ different cities around the world.

Tin Man Games specializes in bringing gamebooks to life on mobile devices. Whether they be titles from the already existing Fighting Fantasy franchise of physical books, or the company’s own Gamebook Adventure series, they have gotten quite popular over the past few years. One of the classic Fighting Fantasy books will soon be a fully playable RPG as well thanks to the successful Kickstarter campaign Tin Man Games has done.
Released by Beveled Edge, Starific is a difficult-to-describe arcade shooter, of sorts. According to the devs, it’s as if “Pachinko, Breakout, and Bomberman had a 3-way love child”. Players will look to trigger chain reactions, in an effort to complete levels. Gameplay is straightforward though, in that a level begins with a “star” that is released onto the octagonal board and players control a portion of its border.
OtterWorks is an indie game development studio with two games having been released onto Android over the few years the company has been around. There is Fall of Cutie and their arcade space shooter Escape Velocity. Their newest game that is currently under development is called Light of Life and it has a pretty interesting concept to it.

11-bit Studios posted a new video blog on their YouTube channel, which is something they do on a regular basis where they talk about what the company has been working on lately. However, this time there was some pretty interesting news regarding their latest game This War Of Mine. Currently this game is only available on tablets (not including PC and console versions), but that appears to be changing and as soon as next month.
Earlier this month we reported on a new arcade game coming from Mugshot Games called Digfender. When we originally reported on this game, the release date for it was November 5th. Unfortunately that date is no longer good as the game’s release has been delayed. The good news is that the delay isn’t a long one.
The Trese Brothers are well-known for their turn-based strategy RPG titles on Android. Their latest one is a port of the PC game Templar Battleforce which features all of the visuals and gameplay found in the PC version, but with a mobile friendly set of touch screen controls.
Developed by DrFerrous, Proximity 3D is a new turn-based strategy game where players choose what color they will represent, then try to outsmart your opponent by strategically positioning your numbered tiles on the playing area. The number each tile has is essentially the ‘strength’ of that tile.
