2K Games has just announced that they’re releasing a new WWE game, this spring. What makes this game different from the other WWE game by 2K is that the gameplay is that of actual wrestling (or as close as WWE gets), instead of a card based game.

Doodle Adventures is a drawing game that’s been released by Asduffo. In Doodle Adventures, players are tasked with rebuilding the doodle kingdom, yet they don’t assume the role of the protagonist Dudol. Rather, players will “fill in the gaps” on a given level to allow Dudol to make it to the end.
“For then there will be great distress, unequalled from the beginning of the world until now – and never to be equalled again”. Matthew 24:21. Fincon, the makers of the RPG HELLO HERO, has released a cinematic teaser trailer for their new Hack and Slash called Angel Stone.
For anyone that enjoys playing Mega Man, there’s a new game out by Fullscreen Inc that seems to take all the right cues from that franchise. Dubbed as Jump’N’Shoot, the style of play for this game is a platformer that is reminiscent of the classic series, in both appearance and style.
Chronology is a puzzle platformer that previously was available on iOS, Windows Phone, and Steam, garnering over a million and half downloads across the board. Within Chronology, players will travel through various points in both the past and future, with stages having (according to the ores release) “hand-drawn steampunk environments”.
Syberia 2 is the sequel to Syberia and has just hit Android. The story continues the saga of attorney Kate Walker, who began traveling to eastern Europe in the hopes of closing an deal for the purchase of a toy factory, which leads her through a perilous journey in the hopes of finding the factory’s rightful owner.
Brought to us by Brotherwise Games, Boss Monster is a dungeon-building game that was originally designed to be played with cards. After a successful campaign on Kickstarter, Boss Monster has now been brought over to Android. Brotherwise Games has partnered up with Plain Concepts (the ones that created Wave Engine) to make this happen. In doing so, they created a straight digital conversion of the tabletop game, so players will be using digital cards to create their dungeons, in the hopes of keeping this version as close to the original as possible, while taking advantage of the CPU speed up the calculations within the game.
As we mentioned a few weeks back, Land Air Sea Warfare (LASW) is an RTS game that was originally released on desktops, followed by iOS, and eventually Android. After playing, and at times enjoying, LASW, this game isn’t ready for “prime time”. I have a soft spot for this genre, and this high hopes for this game. While the developer seems to have added some ways to make it easier to move masses of units quickly (a must on touch-based hardware such as phones and tablet), there are too many flaws and oversights to justify the In-App Purchasing price of $4.99.
Tin Man games, makers of game books that are stylized after Choose-Your-Own-Adventure novels, has now released To Be Or Not To Be. Players will assume the role of either Hamlet, Ophelia, or Hamlet Sr, and play through Hamlet from the perspective of the chosen character. The story itself is told (loosely speaking), in its “original second-person non-linear branching narrative format”, if that gives you an idea of potential liberties taken.
Acquire, the game publisher behind Tenchu, Akiba’s Trip, and Fort Raiders SMAAASH! have announced today that they will be releasing another game. Called “Road to Dragon’s”, this game is slated to be released on March 19th. While it’ll be new to the rest of the world, the game has already been downloaded over three million times in Japan, since its release there in 2012.
