Daedalic Entertainment has teamed up with POPCLAIRE to release a new game for mobile devices today called The Virus: Cry for Help. POPCLAIRE took care of the development and publishing part of the game, while Daedalic Entertainment wrote the actually story for The Virus.

Asterix is a pretty popular cartoon character that has been around for quite a long time actually. Well the funny viking and his friends now have their own mobile game, appropriately named Asterix and Friends, which is now available to download for Android devices from Bandai Namco.
Developed by Visiontrick Media, Pavilion is a puzzle-filled adventure on Nvidia Shield that drops you into a dreamlike world with no explanation as to why you’re there or tutorial on what exactly you’re supposed to do. To make things things even more unusual, you don’t have control over its mysterious main character—a thin, sharply dressed man.

Telltale Games has announced the release date and additional details about the final episode of Minecraft: Story Mode, which is “Episode 8: A Journey’s End?”. Interesting that the title of this episode has a question mark in it, almost like it is hinting at a possible second season and that this is the finale for the extended first season.
It’s Friday so it is time once again for our Android game sale round-up and this week’s list is actually quite big. A good chunk of the list are new titles while there also is a decent amount of repeats as well. Regardless there’s a good amount of decent games on sale this weekend.

Bulb Boy is a horror-adventure game currently being development for PC gamers (via Steam) that has already started winning awards while it is being developed. This is a 2D point-and-click adventure game that pays a little homage to the point-and-click adventure games from back in the day that were incredibly popular.
While Apple held its event for the company’s new iOS products, Niantic Labs was a part of the entire event showing off a new Pokemon GO app for the Apple Watch called Pokemon GO Plus, named after the accessory the developers are still planning to release. Don’t get too sad we don’t have this app yet, because while it does do some nice things like notify you of nearby Pokemon, and what those Pokemon are, and more, you still need to pull out your phone to capture them.

Peter Molyneux’s game development studio called 22Cans, which is currently dealing with the whole Godus issue, has apparently soft launched (or are testing) a new game for mobile called The Trail (published by Kongregate). As it stands right now, it appears that this game is only available in the Philippines right now, which is why we are not sure if it is a soft launch or a beta testing phase, since that regions is used for both usually. That or 22Cans accidentally released it.

If you’re into Sci-Fi themed adventure games, there is a new one heading to mobile devices (and PC) soon called Space Rangers: Quest. This particular game actually falls more into the text-based style of adventure games that were pretty popular back in the day, but it also comes with RPG elements as well to bring it a little into the more modern times.
