The next installment into the Metal Gear Solid franchise will be released at the beginning of next month, and along with the game’s release Konami will also be launching an official companion app as well. The app will be similar to the previously release Metal Gear Solid Ground Zeroes application in regards to features and what it will be able to do.

The Pokemon Company has pushed out an update for their Pokemon TV app on Android. The update brings one singular change to the app, albeit a pretty big one. The Pokemon TV application now supports Google’s Chromecast.
Back in December of 2013 we reported on a rather interesting application/game called Createrria and that is would be coming to Android soon. Fast-forward to today and we now actually have an idea of when this will be launching onto Android and from what we can see, it has been worth the wait.
Curse gaming seems to have been busy this Summer as the company has released another application for Android, this time for Futhead. The application, sporting the same name, is all about tracking stats, prices, and official FUT releases as well. It is integrated into the official Futhead site as well, so some of those features are also available within the application.
While it may be a bit on the smaller side of things, if you really want to scratch that FPS itch you may be having while out and about, then you will be happy to know that you can play Valve’s Half-Life on your Android Wear watch. What is even a bit more surprising is that the performance of the game, in most places, is actually pretty good, hitting 30FPS at times.
Sony’s Remote Play application for the Playstaton 4 is officially only available for Xperia devices of course, and if you want it on your non-Xperia device then you will need to root your phone or tablet. Well, that used to be the case. Now there is a way to use the Playstation 4 Remote Play app on your Android device without having to root it.

Twitch is currently working on ditching all of their Flash for HTML5 and Javascript which will make their video player and website load faster as well as much more mobile friendly. The main goal is to remove all of the Flash elements over the next little while and they already have started replacing items as of today.

For those of you not familiar with this competition, EVO 2015 is the yearly championship event held here in our hometown of Las Vegas, but instead of it being for a single game like most events, this one is for numerous games including Ultra Street Fighter IV, Mortal Kombat X, Super Smash Bros, and so on.
Created by Legacy Games, Crayola has released a new app for kids to enjoy. Crayola DJ is an app that allows kids, ages 6-10 (according to the press release), to be DJs using touch controls. Players will be able to crossfade, mix, tempo-slide, and scratch to their heart’s content. There are five different styles of music, distributed over the near 100 exclusive tracks, that range from Hip Hop, to Pop, to Dance, and more.
