Deep Silver Fishlabs is currently well-known for their Galaxy on Fire series that is currently available on multiple platforms including Android. Today, however, the company has made a pretty big announcement, which is that they are working on a port of Lost Horizon for mobile devices, that meaning Android and iOS.

Fans of the Harvest Moon franchise have a lot to look forward to with the announcement today of a full Harvest Moon game heading to Android soon. The full name for this game is Harvest Moon: Seeds of Memories and will be the first mainline full Harvest Moon game to land on mobile devices. The franchise itself has been around since the mid-1990s and has built up quite the fan base since the original game’s release.
After a few closed beta rounds of testing, and tweaks to the game between those rounds, Gamevil has finally soft launched Zenonia S onto Google Play today. This also marks the first time the game has been called by its official name in full, which is Zenonia S: Rifts in Time. If you have been following our coverage of this game, you’ll also know that this was originally launched as Zenonia Online for KakaoTalk in Korea, but has been changed to Zenonia S for its global title.
A new rumor is floating around the internet in which Nintendo will be using Android as the OS of choice for its next console, currently codenamed NX. This new console was recently announced around the same time that Nintendo finally decided to jump into the mobile gaming scene, securing a deal with DeNA to publish Nintendo franchises and new IPs. At that time though, details regarding the briefly mentioned Nintendo NX were scarce.
Back in March a pretty enjoyable new game called Arcanox: Cards vs Castles was released. Since then the developer has been hard at work making the first major update for Arcanox and today is the day this first update will be released. There have been previous updates but they were small ones, generally about bug fixes and improvements to the game. This one is all new features and content.
Another game is taking advantage of the new pre-registration system on Google Play and this time it is the upcoming MMORPG from Fedeen Games called Forsaken World Mobile. If this game sounds familiar, that is because it is the port of the PC MMORPG called Forsaken World.
Square Enix has been busy this week, having finally released Chaos Rings III on Google Play, and now the company has launched a new teaser site for a new mobile game called Alice Order. This new game has apparently been in development for a bit now as it is expected to launch at some point later this year.
In the most Japanese way possible Konami finally addressed their cataclysmic move from console gaming and separation from Hideo Kojima: with a vague apology. “We are aware that the conjecture surrounding our recent changes has prompted a great deal of anxiety, for which we apologize” issued a Konami representative.
[GoogleIO 2015] Nvidia announces AndroidWorks suite of tools to help developers make better Android games and apps
Nvidia has made a second announcement at Google I/O 2015 and while yesterday’s was the official launch of the company’s new Shield Android TV console, today’s announcement is for a new suite of tools called AndroidWorks. These tools have been designed to help developers make better Android games and is an expansion of Nvidia’s current suite of tools for PC game developers called GameWorks.
While Channel 1 and 2 for Google I/O 2015 are more focused on mobile technologies, programming and development, along with other things in those areas, like Android Wear, Channel 3 is more about other Google related subjects such as Polymer and Modern Web APIs, which happens to be the starting session on this channel.
