The rather popular roguelike fantasy game Legends of Yore will soon be getting a ‘spiritual successor’ soon called Legends of Fore. Aside from being a funny play on the original game’s name, Legend of Fore will be developed by the same person as the original as well, Coke and Code a.k.a Kevin Glass. This time around though we will be treated to a Sci-Fi theme instead of a fantasy one.

Technology is pretty wonderful these days, allowing us to pretty much do what we want with just about anything we want. This includes making games that use virtual reality, different objects as controllers, and various other wondrous things for us to enjoy as gamers. A new project is in the works to actually turn your car into a gaming peripheral of sorts. Welcome to the Baen Project.
Upcoming Ouya game Elliot’s Quest is a retro-style action-RPG title that will be arriving soon from developers Ansimuz. This is the company’s attempt at making a spiritual successor to the Zelda II game from back in the day and while the visuals of this game don’t show it, the mechanics that we are seeing do seem to take some inspiration for the old Zelda title.
A couple of weeks ago we reported on a new game coming from Kiloo, the developers of previous games like Subway Surfers and Bullet Time HD. This new game from Kiloo, called Smash Champs, features animal characters who like to beat the hell out of each other. We haven’t talked about a good bullet hell shooter coming to Android in some time so it is quite good that we get to do so today. Bullet Hell Infinite from NB Games will be making its way to Android soon and you get be sure that unless you are good at these types of games, you will be experiencing plenty of frustration (in a good way) in dying relentlessly.

If immersion is your type of thing and you are always looking for games to play that really bring you into that game, then you might want to keep your eye out for a game called Dead End Alley. While the game is currently available on Android already, it is the Oculus Rift version we are talking about right now. Sure it will bring zombie killing right into your face but the rather cool part is that you can use a controller in the shape of a chainsaw do to the killing with.
Wild Season is an interesting looking game as it is apparently a mix between a farming simulation title and an RPG. Developed by Soedesco, Wild Season features a down on their luck resident of the city who has come into possession of a run-down farm in a small village. Unfortunately this chance to change their luck isn’t going to be as easy as your character thought it would be.
The next installment into the Reckless Racing franchise will be heading to Android later this month. The last two Reckless Racing games were developed by Pixelbite Studios and released onto Google Play by Polarbit but while Pixelbite will be making Reckless Racing 3, there is no mention of Polarbit publishing it this time. That doesn’t mean that they won’t be publishing it, but for whatever reason it seems like that might be up in the air right now.
