For those of you that are fans of The Room franchise and happen to be eagerly awaiting the next installment into the series, it looks like the wait is slowly coming to an end. While the game is obviously not ready just yet, it looks like Fireproof Games is making a lot of progress with finishing it and getting it out into the hands of fans.

Skylanders, the game where physical action figures are used in conjunction with video games, has announced today that there is a new upcoming mobile addition to its franchise called Skylanders Battlecast. Like the rest of the franchise, this game is a hybrid of both physical as well as virtual components.
Awhile ago we reported on a mobile version of the rather challenging platformer Super Meat Boy was in the works. However, shortly after that news came out, things ended up going silent on that front. As it turns out, indie dev Edmund McMillen took a break from development after working on his PC game Fingered. Now he’s back in action and focused on finishing Super Meat Boy Forever, the mobile spin-off of Super Meat Boy.
Super Awesome Quest will be getting a little more super, or awesome, with a new update that is heading to the game soon. The big addition with this update will be the new fourth map for players to work their way through called Furry Forest.
The original Ski Safari game has been out for awhile now and has done pretty well for itself, clocking in over 140 million downloads across all platforms in total. That means there should be a lot of happy gamers out there to hear that a sequel is coming to mobile devices next week.
You may remember last week when it was reported that Google’s modular Android phone called Project Ara was being ‘recalculated’ and that there was a possible change in plans coming to the project. The Project Ara Twitter account, where all of this was originally announced, also stated that we can expect more updates to arrive this week. Those updates have begun and the first one is that the release of Project Ara is being delayed till sometime in 2016.
Up until now the next iteration of Android has simply been known as Android M. That, however, has changed today as Google has made it official that Android 6.0 will be called Android Marshmallow. Along with the new name, the new developer preview is now available as well as the new SDK 6.0 for developers.
Between now and the upcoming release of Gameloft’s sequel to their popular MMORPG Order & Chaos, the company will be revealing some of the new features coming with Order & Chaos 2: Redemption. Today Gameloft has revealed a new race as well as a new class that will be making their first appearance in this new game.
Square Enix shows off Armor Blitz, a new game being developed within the Square Enix Collective program
Square Enix has been running a new program lately called the Square Enix Collective program which is basically the company’s third-party promotional arm. Square Enix provides indie developers various support while they developer their games. Today they are showing off a rather interesting Anime-style game called Armor Blitz.
Firefly Studios has announced today that they will be bringing their popular PC strategy MMO game called Stronghold Kingdoms to Android next year. The Android version of this game actually came about because of the game’s community requesting it enough that it literally made the Android version of the game a reality. Originally, this game was only announced for iOS.
