Robot fighting games can be pretty fun, especially if you already like big robots. We already have a few of them on Android and one of the more recent releases in this genre was a game called Ironkill, released back in November of last year. Today the developers have pushed out a new update that expands the game in a lot of ways.
Based on the “Journey to the West” (a 16th Century Chinese novel), Monkey King Saga is a tower defense game that uses the novel’s characters to help protect the monk on his journey west. Players will summon, defend, upgrade, and pray, all in their effort to help the monk acquire the sacred scrolls and restore peace.

If you follow mobile gaming news on a regular basis then you may have noticed that mobile MOBAs are starting to become a lot more common. While there are only a few out currently, there are a lot of titles currently under development, which means MOBA players are going to have a lot of choices soon. Soon gamers in the West will be able to add another to their list of upcoming MOBAs with a new one called CroNix.
EA announces two new games for mobile – Minions Paradise and Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes. New season for Madden NFL now available.
EA announced during their press conference two new games that will be heading to mobile soon – Minions Paradise and Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes. While the company didn’t go into too much detail about either game, we do have a general idea as to what each one is about.
It was only a matter of time before this happened, but Google has apparently begun a Free App of the Week feature which is similar to what Amazon does over on their appstore, except this is a weekly thing and not a daily thing like Amazon. What is even more interesting though is that you basically have to hunt for this Free App of the Week as there’s no immediate promotion for it on the front of Google Play.
Released by Techland and Shortbreak Studios, Guncat is a simple shooting game. In Guncat, players will assume the role of the eponymous Guncat, who is an otherwise nice little kitty that has been rudely awoken by raucous birds. Players begin the game by selecting one of several different guns, and then going to work to take out as many of the birds as possible, by tapping the screen.
In Grand Theft Pursuit, players assume the role of a thief, who goes on a thieving-spree from bank to bank. Players will be able to score a variety of different things from the various banks, ranging from cash, to valuable, to finding the “safe full of goodies”. Throughout the game there are codes that can be found for the various safes, to be used in collecting what’s inside of them.
Nitrome has been quite the busy little bee when it comes to developing games and releasing them, with games being launched on a pretty consistent basis over the last few months. There is a new one out today that features a frog who is also a ninja, which is definitely a good thing. Who doesn’t like ninjas? The frog part is just a bonus.
