HandyGames always seem to come out with some pretty interesting and unique games such as Guns n’ Glory or Super Dynamite Fishing. Their newest release is equally as unique and probably slightly more awesome because of the theme. Aporkalypse – Pigs of Doom will have you playing as the four pigs of the Aporkalypse.
German company, Rumble Media, has opened the doors to their newest site called PlayAndroid which is a portal dedicated to nothing but Android games. This discovery portal is geared towards trying to help solve the problem of finding good high-quality games on the Android Market. Granted the new web-based market helps with that a bit.
While the name suggestions a bit of a full contact version of golf which would have been great, there isn’t any physical contact at all in the game. However, Golf Battle 3D does bring to the table some nice 3D graphics and the ability to play against your friends regardless of what device they have the game installed on.

Everyone who has been waiting for Bejeweled 2 to be released since EA Mobile started hinting at it during Christmas can be happy now that the wait is over. One of the better, if not the best, match-3 type of games made, it has been available for pretty much every system except Android for awhile now. Better late then never right?
We reported on a nifty little app that helps you play online Flash games a little over a week ago. Essentially it would allow you to load any Flash game onto your Android phone from your SD Card, direct URL or the developers 2D Tsunami database and play it like it was actually made for your Android device with much better controls.
Once in a very rare while we end up finding something that is just too awesome to pass up on reporting on even though it isn’t Android related. It has happened twice before with the Keg/PC by nVidia shown at CES 2011 and also with the USB Nerf rocket launcher. We can now add the Gamerator to this distinguished list.
If you enjoy watching Anime then you’ll be pleased to know that Toei Animation are planning to bring games to Android based on their various Anime shows. If you aren’t aware of who Toei Animation are, they are responsible for such gems as Dragon Ball Z, One Piece, Fist of the Northstar, Captain Harlock, and Digimon just to name a few.
All you Gameloft fans out there who are planning on nabbing an LG Optimus 3D Android phone have some good news coming your way. Gameloft has already started working on making 3D version of some of their games already for you to play on the Optimus 3D (and possibly future 3D Android devices as well).
We thought there wouldn’t be much more news aside from some game pricing to come out regarding the Xperia Play but apparently we were wrong.
