Released by COLOPL NI, Inc, Downtown Showdown is a new city planning game that’s been released on to Android. Unlike strait “sim” games, Downtown Showdown is more of a hybrid that’s comprised of city building, resource management, and real time strategy. Players will swear fealty to one of the city’s two magnates: either a tech savvy entrepreneur named Zach Gold, or a real estate mogul by the name of Bill Banks, who compete with each other to build the best cities in the world.

One of the games mentioned in those plans was a title called Wonder Tactics, which is a new Strategy-RPG. Well that game has made the jump from soft launch to global release on Android today.

We had an opportunity to play this one a bit before the actual release today. The game is intriguing. I say intriguing, because I did not realize that the game would be turn-based fighting. It adds a completely different level of strategy to your gameplay. No button mashing will take place in this one, at least not in the way you think.

Released by Little Dragon Games, Max Bradshaw and the Zombie Invasion has now available for Android devices. Players will assume the role of the eponymous Max, who awakens in a graveyard to find himself surrounded by zombies. As the story unfolds for Max, he progresses outside the graveyard and into the city, which is also overrun by zombies.

My.com has a new game their are publishing onto mobile devices soon called Juggernaut Wars. This particular game is a mix of Action-RPG gameplay along with MOBA style mechanics, all wrapped up into one title. The world in this game is actually based around the company’s previous title called Juggernaut: Revenge of Sovering, which some of you may be familiar with.
Marvel has a ton of IPs in mobile gaming, and they have announced an update to one of their games, that being Marvel Puzzle Quest by D3 Go. For those of you not familiar with Marvel Puzzle Quest, this is a Match-three RPG with a Marvel Universe theme to it. Players can recruit characters, level them up RPG-style, compete in tournaments, use the match-three mechanic to fight villains, and also take advantage of the social elements such as forming alliances with friends, and competing for the top spot on the global leaderboards.

Like tank combat? Also happen to like anime? Well then there is a game coming out later this month that features both of those items under one title called Panzer Waltz. Developed by Happy Universe, this game features tank combat mixed with RPG elements, all wrapped up in an anime style of art.

Adult Swim Games, along with Dan Harmon and Justin Roiland, announced over Twitter that Rick and Morty would be arriving for mobile devices later this month in a game called Pocket Morty. This game, as you are probably guessing, is based off of the animated comedy show on Adult Swim called Rick and Morty.
