Released by Aaron Gorman, Spectragon is a new casual puzzle game for the Android platform. In this game, players will be in control of a hexagon, with each of its six sides containing a different color (or combination of colors), and this shape rests at the bottom of the screen.
Released by Senshu Artware, Hanabi Party is a new casual game about fireworks. In this game, players will watch and wait for fireworks to be launched into the air, from behind the landscape at the bottom of the screen. As they fire into the air, players will attempt to tap on them, before they reach the top.
Bulb Boy is a horror-adventure game currently being development for PC gamers (via Steam) that has already started winning awards while it is being developed. This is a 2D point-and-click adventure game that pays a little homage to the point-and-click adventure games from back in the day that were incredibly popular.
Pokemon GO is an interesting game, not because the game itself is actually interesting, but because of the stories this game has already created in the very short time it has been out. Duck Hunt has always been a popular game, whether its the original NES version you’re playing, or one of the newer spin-offs or variant style of Duck Hunt games. Released by White Wizard Games, Star Realms is a deck building game that’s on the Android platform. For those unfamiliar with the game, it’s a fairly simple deck builder, where players add cards to their deck as the game goes on, in the hopes of outmaneuvering their opponent with said cards, in the hopes of depleting the opponent’s health.
BEAM – Laser Puzzle Invaders is the debut release from Binary Monks. The game is a fairly straightforward arcade game, where invaders of sorts are marching ever downward from the top of the screen, while the player controls a laser cannon that is fixed at the bottom of the screen, but can move laterally.
Emulators are certainly not new when it comes to the Android platform. There’s pretty much an emulator for everything you could want, whether it is for running console or PC games on your Android device, or the exact opposite, which is running Android games on your PC. There’s a new emulator that has just received its first public release called LeapDroid and it claims to be the fastest Android emulator in the world.
