Just in time for Halloween, Ghost Pop is a new Bubble Shooter with a Halloween feel that’s been released by BubbleGum Interactive. Players will be looking to save the little and cutesy spirits from the more malevolent ones that are also throwing the magical balance out of its equilibrium.

Released by Matasoft Studios, LandFort is an interesting hybrid game. This is a physics-based puzzle game that was then crossbred with some RPG mechanics. Based in a kingdom that has been overrun by the demon Lord Devenoth, players assume the role of one of the surviving Knights looking to take back their kingdom.
New upcoming cross-over with Puzzle & Dragons happens to be with Square Enix’s Final Fantasy franchise
Puzzle & Dragons from GungHo Entertainment gets a lot of collaborations (Rovio, Hello Kitty, etc), which is when another game and its characters show up in this game. The newest one happens to be with Square Enix and their Final Fantasy games. Yes, this means the entire franchise and not just one game in it.
It’s Friday and therefor time for another Android game sale round-up. This week there’s a good amount of new faces on the list while there also happens to be plenty of repeats as well. There are some pretty solid games available on sale including Lara Croft GO which isn’t even labeled as on sale but did see a price drop.
Compass Games has released their first title onto Android called Oraia Rift. This particular game is a mix of action, RPG, and puzzle gameplay all wrapped up in 3D visuals and story-driven content. Compass Games is actually just a one-man studio, so all of this was done by this one person.
Om Nom, the little green monster that was made famous in the Cut the Ripe series, is back for more candy chomping in the next iteration of the Cut the Rope franchise, called Cut the Rope: Magic. For the uninitiated, this franchise is a physics based puzzler where players face increasingly difficult levels, where they attempt to feed a very hungry Om Nom a piece of candy that is suspended by one or more ropes.
[UPDATE: Game Released] Award-winning minimalistic game Prune will be arriving onto Android next week
A rather beautiful, minimalistic game called Prune will finally be making its way to Android next week. This game won Best Upcoming Games at the 11th IMGA (International Mobile Gaming Awards) and was also runner-up at the IndiePlus 2015. Awards aside, Prune is a really unique looking game with a pretty interesting concept.
Rovio releases Angry Employees. It’s not a game though, it’ll soon be a third of their workforce
Angry Employees, it’s not a new game from Rovio, although it is something Rovio has created. Today the company has announced that they are downsizing their workforce, and will be letting go roughly a third of their staff who will soon be needing to find new jobs. In total that is 213 people who will be leaving Rovio.
The first time I saw The Magic Flute in action, my first thought was, “Please come to Android!” I got in contact with the developer and they said yes, there were plans to bring the game to android. So, I have been patiently waiting for its arrival. I was surprised to find out early this morning, that the game had quietly launched today. The Magic Flute brings together great music, art and puzzles. Lab Like, the game’s creator, has won a few awards for this game. You may not want to miss this one, because it is fun and creative in its implementation.
Developed by RetroEpic Software, A Day in the Woods was released at the end of July of this year and has done fairly well for itself since its release. Today the developers have announced a new Halloween themed update will be heading to A Day in the Woods shortly, and to celebrate this update, the game has already gone on sale as well.
