So far when it comes to the Rayman franchise mobile devices have had a few runners to enjoy. However, when it comes to an actual Rayman game, like we have been used to on other platforms, there hasn’t been anything available for mobile gamers to play. That is going to be changing next week apparently.
If you’re a fan of arcade platformers then you will be happy to read that there is a new metroidvania style platformer out on Android called Chel-Z. In this particular game players will be assuming control of a robot named Chel-Z, who happens to be a robot capable of functioning with a human brain placed inside. Back in June 2015 we reported on DotEmu who has announced that they would be bringing the second installment into the Ys Chronicles franchise to Android in the near future. Well today is that ‘near future’ as Ys Chronicles II is now available for Android devices on Google Play.
Kairosoft has released a new game in their ‘Story’ series of titles onto Android called Tennis Club Story. As you may be guessing from the game’s name, this particular title is themed around the world of Pro Tennis and sports clubs, where you’ll be helping decide which Tennis players may be making it to the big league.
Fans of MMORPGs have a new game to look forward to on Android soon called Pocket Guild from indie developers Sad Herring. Unlike other MMORPGs though, this one is a single-player game. How does that work? Mainly by making this game basically an MMORPG simulator of sorts. All of the content you would find in an MMORPG is here, except you’re the only actual real live player in the game.

Generally people like to point out the pricing Square Enix does with their mobile games, mainly because it doesn’t follow the $0.99-$2.99 price range most games fall under. Back in September of last year we reported on a couple of games that would be heading our way soon from Nitrome. One of those games was the rather cool looking title Ultimate Briefcase. Well that game has finally arrived onto Google Play today.
Revenant Dogma is the newest RPG from Kemco to land onto Android today. This is one of those games from Kemco that features the more retro style of visuals for when you are doing everything but the combat. When you actually are in combat, then everything takes a more modern 3D look to it.
Indie developers Suisoft Limited has released their first game onto Android called Retro Rat Race. This particular game is a fast-paced arcade platformer-esque type of title where you will be controlling your ‘rat’ through each level, trying to avoid numerous traps and other hazards along the way to the end.
