The Last Door is a dark retro-style point-and-click adventure game that has finally made its way to Android in a special Collector’s Edition. This edition comes with four possible episodes for you to work your way through, all of which features new scenes and puzzles, enhanced graphics, unlockable bonuses, and remastered sound.

The rather popular roguelike fantasy game Legends of Yore will soon be getting a ‘spiritual successor’ soon called Legends of Fore. Aside from being a funny play on the original game’s name, Legend of Fore will be developed by the same person as the original as well, Coke and Code a.k.a Kevin Glass. This time around though we will be treated to a Sci-Fi theme instead of a fantasy one.
48h Studio has released a new game onto Android, in the midst of their re-publishing of Avoid: Sensor Overload, called Avoid ZX. This particular game is basically Avoid: Sensory Overload but as it would be if played on the old school ZX Spectrum system.
Upcoming Ouya game Elliot’s Quest is a retro-style action-RPG title that will be arriving soon from developers Ansimuz. This is the company’s attempt at making a spiritual successor to the Zelda II game from back in the day and while the visuals of this game don’t show it, the mechanics that we are seeing do seem to take some inspiration for the old Zelda title.
DotEmu is another company who is jumping onto Android TV today and out of their catalog they have chosen the Double Dragon Trilogy as their first release for the Nexus Player. To celebrate the game’s launch onto Android TV, DotEmu has discounted the trilogy down to $0.99 for a limited time.
While already on iOS devices, Square Enix is gearing up to release their retro RPG Secret of Mana onto Android sometime this Fall. This will be the second in that particular franchise to be announced, with the other game being Rise of Mana.

Kemco is keeping up with the trend they have set for themselves in regards to consistently launching retro-style RPGs onto Android and today we get another one to play called Asdivine Hearts. In this game it is your goal to restore the balance of light and shadows to your world. In other words this basically means you will be taking a journey to save the world.
Another Boulder Dash game will be arriving onto Android in a couple of weeks in celebration of its 30th birthday. Officially called Boulder Dash 30th Anniversary, two of the original creators (Chris Gray and Peter Liepa) have come back and teamed up for the first time since the Rockford™ character was first introduced in 1984.
If imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, then Dong Nguyen of .GEARS Studios must be feeling awfully delighted. Rovio, the studio behind the smash-hit Angry Birds franchise, has released a new game called Retry, which bears a number of similarities to Nguyen’s uber-popular Flappy Bird.
