Kathy Rain is a detective game that’s been recently ported over from Steam. In this game, players assume the eponymous role of Kathy Rain, a journalism student who learns that her grandfather (a decorated war hero) has died under mysterious circumstances, which leads to her deeper into her own troubled past, as well as other questions: Why did a troubled young artist commit suicide?

In this game, players will assume the role of Price, a young man who works for a corporation that is involved in renting out apartments, and Price’s job is to turn out the tenants that fall behind, despite the fact that they’re indigent.
Stephen Folkes has released his debut game onto Android called Defend Your Turf. This little gem of a game combines mechanics that you used to find in old school beat em’ ups, with that of a more tactical style of gameplay, but somehow keeps a lot of the action found in the former style of gameplay. There’s also a staggering amount of nervous pigeons.

VaragtP Studios, developers of Tap Heroes and Loot Heroes, have released their third game onto Android called Plantera. Unlike the company’s other games, which are clicker/idler RPGs, this is an arcade-sim hybrid title where you’ll be trying to protect your garden from critters wanting to eat all your plants.
Back in September 2016 we reported on a new game coming from Goodnight Games, the folks behind the Ernie versus Evil game, called Malevolent Machines. Multiplayer has been a staple in gaming since forever. Pocket Guild is a game that gives that idea a bit of a twist. In this game, players will be responsible to create and staff their own guild that’s full of NPCs, within a world with a fantasy base to its setting. Players will begin their game by picking out the name of their guild, character, and chosen class (Dealing, Absorbing, or Healing damage).

This is a small Autumn sale that the company is holding, with each game going on sale for 88% off their regular pricing. This brings the price down for each game to $0.99.
Released by Michael Brough, Glitch Tank is a combat game that’s designed for one or more players. The layout for the game is where players have four cards (or buttons) arrayed in front of them. Players begin with one large tank for each, and immediately begin issue orders to it.
Old school game fans have a new title to look forward to snapping up next month called Retro Winter Sports 1986. Currently under development by Bitfather, and will be published by Headup Games, Retro Winter Sports 1986 is a homage to the old school sports game from back in the day that were both fun and frustratingly challenging.
