The other day we reported on the fact that Minecraft: Pocket Edition 0.13.0 update is currently available to play in the MCPE beta which will be bringing functioning Redstone. While people can build insanely complex and functioning machines among other things with Redstone, a lot of players are also pretty intimidated by it. For those of you who are in the Minecraft: Pocket Edition beta with us, there is some pretty big news as the newest update version (that being 0.13.0) has hit beta status and is now playable for folks in the beta. The big feature with this beta? Full Redstone has been added to the game.
Kwaan is a is an adventure RPG that’s set to release on Android next year. This is an interesting hybrid title that is part point-and-click adventure game, part RPG, and part platformer. Players will guide a member of a tribe of Dwaals towards pleasing a sentient tree named Kwaan, whose flow of tears threatens to drown them all.

Yesterday we reported on Mojang who did a live stream Q&A session on Twitch about Minecraft: Pocket Edition and Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition. Everything from future plans for both versions of the game, to what we can expect in the very next update was covered. A few interesting tidbits did come out that fans of the franchise will be interested to know.

While nothing was officially announced for Minecraft: Pocket Edition in regards to Android TV support during the Q&A Session, it is incredibly easy for you to add it yourself.
Mojang is holding a bit of an impromptu live Q&A Session regarding Minecraft: Pocket Edition and Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition over on Twitch this morning. The developers behind the popular sandbox game will be answering as many questions as they can about both games, starting at 8:30am PST.
Disney’s Infinity open-world platform has its new 3.0 Toy Box now available for download. The new 3.0 Toy Box brings with it all kinds of new goodies to play with including new characters, a whole new 3D Toy Box Hub, and a bunch of improvements overall.

Mojang has been working on the next big release for Minecraft: Pocket Edition for a bit now. If you’re a part of the beta testing group, then you’ve already been enjoying a lot of the new cool features coming with the 0.12.0 update. The crew working on the update have been keeping everyone updated as to when we can expect to get our hands on the new update officially. Last week it was planned to have it out today, but that has unfortunately changed.
Nvidia releases two new games for their Shield brand of devices: Killing Floor: Calamity and Windward
Nvidia has released two new games for their Shield brand of devices. This first game is from Tripwire interactive called Killing Floor: Calamity, while the second title comes from Tasharen Entertainment and is called Windward. Both games also support Android TV, specifically Nvidia Shield Android TV.
The newest build for Minecraft: Pocket Edition version 0.12.1 has just been finished and will be arriving shortly for those of you beta testing the new builds as they come out. Version 0.12.0 arrived back in the beginning of July, so these builds are expanding on that release.
