Another week and more Ouya game releases have arrived for those of you who happen to own one of the Android-powered consoles. In today’s Ouya Game Watch we have two new games from Radiangames that just arrived for Ouya, a cool time traveling puzzle game and a skill-based platformer.
It’s that time again as another week draws to a close. However that also means that there are games going on sale and so it is time for the end of the week round-up of Android games that have been discounted. There seems to be a pretty good selection today to check out.
It is time for our usual mid-week round-up of Android games that happen to be on sale right now over on Google Play. We already mentioned earlier today about the 50% off for IAPs in Kemco’s Machine Knight RPG. Well there are a few more games for sale as well over on Google Play that you might be interested in.
A few days ago we brought everyone the first screenshots and trailer for Gamelion’s upcoming sequel to their rather popular dual-stick shooter called Monster Shooter. The sequel, named Monster Shooter 2: Back To Earth, will have you defending Earth from alien attacks instead of going after them yourself when they kidnapped your cat. Now the aliens are on the attack trying to get all the cats at once.
Once in awhile it is fun to play the bad guy in a video game or at least a hero who happens to tread lightly on that thin line between good and bad. Once you were a not so nice person, committing petty crimes and things of that nature until you decided to get yourself onto the right path. While you have a dark past that seems to follow you, you are now charged with saving the world in a new top-down dual-stick shooter called A Thug In Time.
It has been over a year since Gamelion released the original top-down dual-stick arcade game called Monster Shooter. We have since reported that a sequel was in the works but details regarding that sequel were pretty scarce. Well it looks like the sequel to Monster Shooter, which has earned itself over 10 million downloads across the platforms it has been released on, is finally nearing its release.
With Ouya going on sale on public retail outlets, and selling it rather quickly, there are plenty of games getting added to the line-up of available titles at launch. In fact there are plenty of them to choose from but a few of the newest additions to the line-up are some that you’ll probably want to check out right off the jump. While we have talked about plenty of games in the past that will be available at launch today, here are three more notable ones.
It’s time for another episode of Larry the Incredible Edible Squirrel’s Play Corner. Today’s games deal with running and gunning. Both are super fun activities and both games offer up quite a bit of both.
While of the more popular platform shooters from back in the day has been the Contra series of games. CocoaChina/Chukong have secured the rights to publish the game worldwide from Konami, making this the first fully licensed mobile version on a Contra game. Contra Evolution has been out since January in China but now that the rights to publish worldwide have been secured it will be coming to the US soon.
The last time we made one of these prediction posts about the next Humble Bundle for Android arriving it was back March of this year where we figured out that one would be arriving in March, then four days later the Humble Bundle for Android 5 arrived. Now it is time to do it again.
