Papers, Please is an interesting sim game that was recently released for PC and has since gained a cult following which continues to grow. The developer of the game, Lucas Pope, is also planning to bring the bureaucratic sim over to Android and iOS tablets as well. While the Android version won’t have a problem with being released onto Google Play, the developer is weary about Apple’s approval policies and isn’t sure the game will get approved for iOS devices.

Hexagon Game Labs will be unveiling the first premium HTML5 game called SteamPower1830 at GamesCom
GamesCom 2013 is coming up pretty quickly and this particular convention surrounding video games has expanded greatly over the past couple of years in regards to hosting developers who make mobile games. This year should be even bigger and we are already getting news about games that can be played on mobile devices. One such game is called SteamPower1830 by Hexagon Game Labs but this won’t be a game where you’ll be able to get it off Google Play.
GungHo Entertainment have certainly done well since they decided to start making games for mobile. In fact one of their games happens to be making them a ridiculous amount of money each month. The other day we reported on Kairosoft who had released a new title onto Android but currently for the Japan Google Play store only for right now. That game was a farming sim title where you basically try to build up the most profitable and well-known farm. Earlier this year we covered some of the Kairosoft games that we were hoping to get translated and ported to Android OS. Kairosoft has released the Japanese version of their new farming simulation loosely translated as Firmament Hectare Farm to the Play Store. The game seems like it is more of a sim management game unlike thier last release Ninja Village. It focuses more on growing and selling foods and trying to become the number one farm. During your growing of vegetables and fruits you will have to attract tourists by building facilities and for them to stay at and use. As usual there will be the contests to see which farm grows the best quality items and becoming more profitable.
Back on Friday of last week we posted a list of games on sale for Memorial Day weekend. The list was pretty big as it was but as today is Memorial Day the list has actually grown in size with even more sales going on. Some developers have actually ended their sales as of yesterday but that number is rather small, somewhere in the neighborhood of only two or three titles having dropped their discounts.
