Mode 7, who are the developers or the cult favorite shooter Frozen Snyapse, has announced out of nowhere that an Android version of their popular game will be heading to Android soon. While the original announcement was to let iOS gamers know that the game would be coming to iTunes soon, the tweet containing the announcement also mentioned that Android tablet gamers would be getting a version of their own as well.

Gamevil has launched a new game onto Google Play called Spawn Wars 2, one of the few games the folks overs at Gamevil were teasing over on our forums for the last couple of days. Spawn Wars 2 is a strategy combat type of game but with a bit more deeper gameplay than most tend to come with.
Sega has a lot more in store for Android gamers and at GDC 2013 there was another set of games announced that would be heading to Android in the coming months. Subatomic Studios has announced that the sequel to their hit tower defense game Fieldrunners will finally be making its way to Android devices next month. The announcement was made over on the company’s blog and along with the announcement of the game’s arrival to Android was the arrival of beta sign-ups for those of you who want to try to get into the beta for Fieldrunners 2.
Up until now we have had a total of five Humble Bundles for Android (a.k.a Humble Bundle with Android) but the games that came with those bundles also allowed people who purchased them to get a copy of the game for their PC or Mac as well as soundtracks whenever either was available. This new bundle however is strictly Android games and nothing else.
Herocraft has released a new game called Strategy & Tactics: World War II onto the Google Play store. This particular game is similar to RISK or Axis & Allies for those of you who have played either board game before. While there is a single-player campaign that comes with this game, the real meat will be its multiplayer game mode.
