Random Heroes has been a fun little arcade series to play through so far, with a total of two games currently in the franchise right now. Well the third and final chapter in the saga that is Random Heroes will be arriving this week from Noodlecake Games.
Playcast has added two new games to their current running Packful of Fun package on the Ouya Marketplace. If you are not familiar with what Playcast is, essentially this is a game streaming service where users pay a monthly fee in order to have Triple-A titles streamed to their TV. The Packful of Fun package is their service but for the Ouya console.
Mevius Final Fantasy is one of the list of Final Fantasy spin-off games heading our way in the near future, except this game is considered as a new full installment in the franchise and not a spin-off. When we originally reported on this game, there wasn’t a whole lot of details available to talk about. However, details regarding the battles and how they will work in Mevius Final Fantasy has been announced and they are a bit different then what you may be used to from previous Final Fantasy titles.
So today is Monday, the beginning of the week and depending on where you live and if you are in school, it is also the beginning of Spring Break for you. If this is the case then you have lots of free time to play video games, whether that be on console, PC or mobile. Boulder Dash – 30th Anniversary Edition was originally released back in October 2014 as a free-to-play game with IAPs available for additional content that players could buy when they wanted to do so. While the free-to-play version has done well for itself, apparently there was enough people out there who asked for a premium version that Tapstar Interactive listened and now there is a premium version available on Google Play and Amazon’s Appstore.
WWE Immortals for Android will be receiving an update soon that will bring with it two new characters to the game as well as a new Event System. The new event system will be put to good use pretty quickly as well since there is a week-long series of events already planned to launch shortly that will be themed around the upcoming WrestleMania 31.
Dragonica (also known as Dragon Saga in North America) is a side-scrolling MMORPG title that has been available on PC for a bit now, originally being released back in 2006. When after some time under the development sun, Asiasoft will be teaming up with LINE in order to bring Dragonica to mobile devices, both iOS and Android, this May under the new name LINE Dragonica Mobile.
I have a confession to make. I’ve been playing this game regularly since it was released. Today when I went to log into One piece Treasure Cruise I was greeted with a new piece of news, that a version 2.0 update is on the way and with it a new island to work your way through as well as other goodies. On top of that the Easter Event has begun in-game as well.
One of the upcoming VR headsets that has a lot of attention on it right now is the HTC Vive, a team effort between Valve and HTC. Well HTC is hoping to have developers signing up for a free HTC Vive headset ‘soon’, and by ‘soon’ the company is hoping to have things going by next week.
It’s Friday which means the weekend is upon us and this particular weekend is actually a bit more special since everyone here in the USA who are attending classes will be seeing Spring Break starting up next week. This is probably why there is a good amount of games on sale right now. One thing to do when you’re not in school is to play games. This week’s round-up has the 2K Games Spring Sale as part of it as well as HandyGames getting in on the action, discounting multiple titles as well. This certainly isn’t all that is on sale though!
