Vivid Games has announced that they will officially be unveiling Real Boxing 2 at this years Gamecom show. For those of you not familiar with this franchise, Real Boxing was released not too long ago onto mobile devices and features some pretty impressive eye candy in regards to the game’s visuals. This is a good thing since it’s probably the best boxing game available for mobile devices.

It is about that time once again to round up this week’s Android games that are on sale right now. While we didn’t do one mid-week this week due to covering Gamescom 2013, we do get to do a round-up for the end of this week. This week’s list isn’t the biggest in the world but each game on here is a pretty good title.
Crescent Moon Games has released another title onto Google Play this morning called Monkey Boxing. As you may be guessing by the name of the game, you are a monkey who boxes against other monkeys for fame, glory, riches and bananas. In all seriousness though, Monkey Boxing has some pretty solid 3D visuals to back up its gameplay of monkeys beating on each other.
Real Boxing by Vivid Games has enjoyed a rather large following since its release onto iOS and now owners of Tegra 3+ devices can enjoy to the ability to beat the crap out of people while on the go as Real Boxing has arrived onto the Google Play store as of a short moment ago. This game was built using Unreal Engine 3 so you can enjoy every drop of sweat while punching someone.
Recently nVidia decided to show off Project Shield a little bit more by loading up Borderlands 2 onto it and giving it a whirl. In the end it looked quite good and played smoothly. This time they want to show off another game running on Project Shield and that is Vivid Games’ newest title Real Boxing.
One game we have reported on a couple of times in the past month or so is a new game from Gamevil called Punch Hero. Breaking away from their usual casual puzzle or RPG releases, Punch Hero brings a little sporting action to the Gamevil catalog of mobile games, rendered in 3D visuals.
Back in May of this year we talked about one of Gamevil’s upcoming titles called Punch Hero. This particular game is a 3D boxing game with an over-the-shoulder perspective, sort of like how it was in games such as Punch Out from back in the day.
Gamevil today released their Punch-out style game onto iOS called Punch Hero. Since they decided to release it today on iOS, we decided to toss them an email to see when the Android version would be arriving. Thankfully, if you like boxing games, then you won’t have to wait too much longer to play this one.
Gamevil has begun teasing another game heading our way apparently on May 10th 2012 called Punch Hero. While not a whole lot is known about this game, we do know a few details about it thanks to Gamevil’s massive teaser images they like to do.
