We have made a few Counter-Strike style of games making their way onto mobile over the past year and a half, and while there games ended up pretty good, they were not the actual games from the Counter-Strike franchise. However, that has all changed as one man has managed to port the 1.6 version of the game over, multiplayer and all, to Android.

Borderlands 2, launched in 2012, was what you might call “a big deal.” The series had earned itself a number of fans ahead of that point, certainly, but the second installment in the series brought with it an explosion in popularity. There were numerous reasons for that growth, and one of them was a memorable villain in the form of Handsome Jack.
Released by Valve, Half-Life 2 is an icon of voodoo gaming as a whole, not just its genre of First-Person Shooting. The game is available for weekday I believe is anything running Nvidia’s SOC, and outright requires a controller to play. Never having played a Half-Life game before, I was quite excited at the opportunity. I’ve spent the part few weeks playing through this game, and this is my review.
[Update: Tegra Support] FDG Entertainment’s upcoming gritty sniper game Lonewolf will be landing on Android soon
Last week FDG Entertainment released their gritty neo-noir sniper game called Lone Wolf onto iOS. This game is also slated for release onto Android and that is going to be happening in the very near future. This isn’t your typical sniper game and there will actually be a 17+ rating that comes with it. So it won’t be for young kids to play.
Another multiplayer shooter has been updated on Android, although this time it is an FPS title. Fusion War, as the game is called, received a pretty big update with a few new game modes for players to partake in, a new soldier type to deal with, and new missions for players to complete.
Square Enix Montreal has decided to put Hitman: Sniper on sale for a limited time, all to help kick off a rather cool in-game event. This event is all about killing a lot of people in a certain amount of time. If players manage to accomplish this goal, everyone will receive a rather large in-game prize.
Back in November of last year, we reported on a new eSports game called Crisis Action that would be getting a Western release on Android soon. Well it looks like that release is nearing as the developers have announced the first beta testing phase for Crisis Action on Android.

Everyone loves a good first-person shooter with their tales of action, pantomime villains and awesome military hardware, but when the fictional fighting is over you might be left wanting something a little more authentic to modern day combat. That’s what Codemasters tries to deliver in Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising, which is now available to stream on GeForce Now.
Indie developer Dani Shalash has released his first game onto Android the other day called Mean Spheres Attack. This game has players taking on some rather aggressive spheres using a variety of weaponry, all done in a sort of comic-y cel shaded visual style for the graphics.
Released by Square Enix, Hitman Sniper is a first person shooter. The game focuses on having players accept assignments, with each one being a different person to assassinate. While players will have a single mark for each mission, it’s up to players to determine where their vantage point will be, on a given level.
