Just to round up our coverage of the Xperia Play, today we have some new videos of gameplay of various games such as Dungeon Defenders: Second Wave and Galaxy of Fire 2. This is thanks to Sony Ericsson uploading a bunch of them to their YouTube channel and if you plan to get an Xperia Play, you should probably watch these.

Fishlabs just announced that they will be releasing Galaxy of Fire 2 when the Xperia Play goes on sale to the public at the end of March 2011. While this game was developed for Tegra 2 devices, it seems as though the Xperia Play will be getting a version specifically for it that will take advantage of the controls that come with it.
Remember yesterday’s article about the S5830 we had some leaked pictures of and was being referred to as a mini phone? Well we now have a name for the device and it is called the Samsung Galaxy Ace. No other real information is known just yet regarding the stats except for what we posted already.
One of the games we mentioned in our previous article about the new upcoming nVidia Tegra Zone marketplace was Galaxy of Fire 2 by Fishlabs. This is a 3D sim space game that takes full advantage of the Tegra 2 chip to really boost the graphics and gameplay to console-like status. This is also the game with that nifty action photo feature.
Samsung Galaxy Tablet, the first real Android tablet? While a lot of other companies have released tablets using Android, the Galaxy Tablet has so far been considered the real first tablet. Available on multiple carriers, this 7″ tablet is available with or without contract. Verizon just dropped one off on our doorstep so we did what any good site would do, recorded myself unboxing it!
More Galaxy Tablet news – New 7-inch Super AMOLED version teased and 10.1-inch version prototype
If you haven’t had your fill of the Galaxy Tablet in the news yet then you’re in luck as a double header landed early this morning regarding a new 7-inch Galaxy Tablet by Samsung which includes their new, thinner Super AMOLED screen technology. On top of that, a possible prototype of the rumored 10.1-inch version of the Galaxy Tablet was also spotted.
While this doesn’t come as a huge surprise considering that all the Galaxy S phones so far include SRs 5.1 Mobile for surround sound, it is still a noteworthy announcement considering that up until now there was no word on what sort of audio we can expect with the Samsung Galaxy Tablet. Well now we know, it’ll be good!
We are not going to go over all the accessories available for the Samsung Galaxy Tablet that is slated to be released as soon as next month here in the USA. However, going through the fairly good sized list of released accessories for the Galaxy Tablet, there are a few as a gamer that you will absolutely want to get if you plan on doing some serious gaming.
A few months ago we reported on the Atmel maXTouch sensors which we heading into the world of Android inside the Samsung Galaxy S line of phones. These sensors recognize an unlimited amount of touches and have a much better responsiveness while keeping power consumption low which all combine for some great multi-touch gaming on Android.
So far we have seen the Samsung Galaxy S continue to grow in regards to the gaming area of Android due to it’s processor, storage capacity and Super AMOLED screen. Now news has come to light about it’s multitouch capabilities and by the looks of things so far, it’s impressive. The Samsung Galaxy S is now reported to feature Atmel maXTouch sensors.
