Homefront: The Revolution will be landing on Nvidia’s Shield devices via GeForce Now later this month

Launching earlier this week on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, Homefront: The Revolution, the sequel to 2011’s first-person shooter Homefront, will be available to stream on Nvidia Shield devices via GeForce Now this month. This particular game takes place in 2029, four years after the brutal occupation of the United States by North Korean forces. The setting is Philadelphia, the birthplace of Independence but now a police state where citizens are oppressed, constantly under surveillance by drones and armored patrols. Anyone who steps out of line is savagely disciplined.

Norse Mythology Themed Adventure Jotun Hits Nvidia Shield via GeForce Now

Following the successful funding of a Kickstarter campaign, Montreal-based Thunder Lotus Games launched the Viking action platformer Jotun on PC last year.  PlayStation 4, Wii U and Xbox One versions are also releasing later this year, but you don’t have to wait that long if you have an Nvidia Shield device. Shield owners with a GeForce Now membership can stream the game today at no additional cost.

The recently released The Flame in the Flood by The Molasses Flood has just been made available for Shield devices using the GeForce Now platform as a premium title. This means you will also receive a code for a copy you can download onto your PC.

Games Workshop’s Warhammer 40,000 tabletop war gaming series has seen several successful outings in video game form, one of the most popular being Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine. Unlike the strategy-based source material, however, this particular iteration takes the form of a third-person action shooter.
