One game we’ve been keeping tabs on happens to come from Asobimo called Avabel Online. For awhile now this game has been in an open beta form but only in Japanese with no other languages available. Even though anyone could download and play the game, unless you know Japanese, you wouldn’t be getting far. Now, however, Avabel Online has dropped the Japanese-only language beta and is now available in English as well.
Quite a few games have received updates over the past couple of days including today and so we’ve decided to just make a round-up of all of them in one article this time since there has actually been quite a lot of them. So make sure to check this list and if you have a game or two on it, then it is time to download some updates.
Disney has announced that they will be delaying the launch of their big cross-platform toy and video game project called Disney Infinity. Back in January Disney announced a rather huge project that they had been working on where it blended physical toys with actual video gaming. The gaming portion of the project is cross-platform including mobile and features a sandbox style of gameplay but it is much more than that. Think Skylanders but on a much more massive and interactive, ever expanding scale.

One game we recently talked about was the upcoming title from Big Blue Bubble called Raft Pirates. Being published by 6Waves, Raft Pirates is an interesting game where players take on the role of a sea captain that must build a raft in order to seek out resources and weapons.
Spacetime Studios has launched a new expansion for their latest 3D MMORPG called Arcane Legends. This new content expansion, called Kraken Isles, brings with it a lot of new content that happens to be themed around pirates and the open sea life of a pirate. In fact you will be traveling by ship to the Kraken Isles to start your new adventures.
For those of you out there that like pirates themed games there is a new game releasing soon by the developer Big Blue Bubble and 6waves. If the developer 6waves sounds familiar its because they released Strike Fleet Omega and Offworld. PerBlue’s first location-based MMORPG, Parallel Kingdom, has received a new update that brings Age 5 into the game. For those of you unfamiliar with the Age numbering system, it basically means the game has entered into a new age of technology. In this case Age 5 is the Age of Ascension which means this is a big content update.
While a lot of people are now waiting on the newly announced Galaxy of Fire – Alliances MMORTS to arrive from Fishlabs, a new MMORTS game will be heading our way this week called Celtic Tribes. Developed by Xyrality, Celtic Tribes has players building up their Celtic themed towns and waging wars against other players, all while possibly wearing fashionable kilts.
The developer of the rather popular Galaxy on Fire series of games for iOS and Android have announced a new spin-off themed around the Galaxy on Fire universe. This new spin-off game will be an MMORTS title for both Android and iOS phones and tablets called Galaxy on Fire – Alliance.
