We don’t usually get to talk about games going on sale over on the Ouya Marketplace, usually because if and when a game does go on sale, it usually isn’t marketed as being on sale in any sort of capacity. Apparently today being Valentine’s Day makes things a little different as three rather good games have gone on sale over on the Ouya Marketplace.

Pinball Arcade by FarSight Studios is one of the two major pinball platforms on numerous platforms including Android (both mobile and consoles like Ouya). Pinball Arcade up until now would reproduce actual pinball tables that used to exist, and some still do, in arcades and other places, bringing these true to life reproductions to mobile platforms so we could all play them.
When the Ouya was announced many many moons ago, one game that was supposed to be one of the headlining titles for the Android-powered game console was Hawken, the mech-filled combat MMOFPS game that many of us would actually like to play. With the new announcement of Hawken being released onto Steam this month, it begs the question as to where the Ouya version of this game is and if we will ever actually see it.
Ouya has another exclusive game heading its way this month called Soul Fjord from Airtight Games. The company today has announced that Another World: 20th Anniversary Edition has been released onto Ouya and is now available for download.
One game we have been following throughout its development is OrangePixel’s new game called Heroes of Loot. This new game was inspired by the arcade classic Gauntlet although there are some slightly different game mechanics with Heroes of Loot. In the end though it is all about getting that loot and being a powerful badass.
During the GameStop Expo, pretty much every Android console maker was there. Ouya, of course, would be one of those companies and the biggest thing they were promoting was the upcoming The Walking Dead game which TellTale Games will be bringing to Ouya later this year.
