Rovio is getting in on the holiday action this season by putting up all the HD versions of all their games on sale for $0.99. If you own the free versions of any of their games and happen to want to get rid of the ads, while getting a little bit of a boost in the visual department, then now is a good time to take advantage of the sale.
Last week Zeptolab, the developers of Cut The Rope, let the cat out of the bag about their next title which will also be a puzzle game called Pudding Monsters. Up until now, Contre Jour has been an iOS-only game and a rather popular one at that with Apple even naming it the Game of the Year back in 2011. Back when the Humble Bundle for Android 4 launched about a month ago, one game that ate up basically all of my playtime from that bundle was Splice. I had already set my sights on it after seeing it launch on “the other” mobile platform, and so digging into it after seeing it on the Humble Bundle was only a given.
