Rockstar Gameshas posted an update regarding the delayed launch of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City for Android. The delay is due to Validation Errors that happened when the game launched yesterday and for those that managed to get it in the short time that it was on Google Play, they were treated to these validation errors with the game’s servers.

Been wondering where the hell Grand Theft Auto: Vice City is for Android? Well it actually showed up on the Google Play store but was unfortunately pulled off of the store shortly thereafter due to one giant issue that was preventing people from actually playing the game. So for those of you waiting for the game, you will have to wait a bit longer. Here is what is going on.

Rockstar Games has released a new trailer for Grand Theft Auto: Vice City in part to celebrate the upcoming 10th anniversary of the game as well as the upcoming mobile release. The video is filled with plenty of nostalgic footage to enjoy including a rather large man dry humping the air in a restaurant in front of two women. Of course that’s just normal in this game.
Back in October of this year we reported on Rockstar Games officially announcing that Grand Theft Auto: Vice City would be heading to Android before the end of this year. This release is in celebration of GTA: Vice City’s 10th anniversary which happens this year and now Rockstar Games have officially announced when this mobile version of the game would be arriving on Android.
We had a feeling more of the Grand Theft Auto series would be coming to mobile and it seems that Rockstar has gone ahead and confirmed this today as they have officially announced that Grand Theft Auto: Vice City will be arriving to iOS and Android later this Fall. This release, similar to Grand Theft Auto III‘s release, is to celebrate Vice City’s 10th anniversary since it was released back on October 29th, 2002.
You have to love this time of year, especially around this weekend as that is when all these sales happen whether it is just for Labor Day weekend or for longer to celebrate the end of summer. After an almost two month delay for the initial release time, Rockstar Games has finally unleashed the much anticipated mobile version of Max Payne onto Android. Currently available for select Android devices, it is now time to grab your guns and kick some bad guys’ asses.
Rockstar Games has just tweeted from their account that the mobile version of Max Payne for Android is indeed coming this month which we previously mentioned last week. However, they have gone so far to announce an official release date for the game this time.
