Baldur’s Gate features a fantasy setting, based on the Frogotten Realms campaign of D&D. Sentinel is a tower defense franchise, where humans take on aliens, in interstellar combat.
Based on the “Journey to the West” (a 16th Century Chinese novel), Monkey King Saga is a tower defense game that uses the novel’s characters to help protect the monk on his journey west. Players will summon, defend, upgrade, and pray, all in their effort to help the monk acquire the sacred scrolls and restore peace.
EA has announced today that Plants vs Zombies 2 has received the first of a couple of major updates. Tabbed as Lost City part 1, Plants vs Zombies 2 now has 16 new levels (with golden and molten feels to them), four new tropical plants, and ten lovely new zombies (including an excavator zombie that wields a shovel).

Battle Cats tower defense game from Ponos Corporation has received a pretty big update that brings with a lot of new content as well as improvements. The feline-filled game has players sending out their cat soldiers to defend against incoming enemies in the hopes of keeping their home base tower safe. The best defense is to have a good offense at times so you will need to push through your enemies and hopefully destroy their tower instead.
