TestFlight is an interesting service that has been in closed beta for a little while now. What this service does is provide Android developers an area that makes it much more easy to run any sort of public beta for their application or game that they may be working on. Instead of having to put the beta version of your game on Google Play, or provide a self-hosted or cloud-based download and having people manually install your beta, TestFlight allows people to download and install a beta version of your game off the internet and onto their device.

A new social gaming platform application has been released today onto Google Play called ImGame. Developed by ImGame LLC, this application does something that, for the most part, most other social gaming applications don’t do and that is allows cross-platform checking in and online notifications.
While there are a fair number of Amiga emulators on Android already, using them can be a bit of a pain. This is especially true if you’re not technically fluent in running an emulator aside from loading up a game. The Amiga emulators generally provide a bit more of a challenge since most of the ones available do not come with their own file system. This means you have to provide one yourself, so if you aren’t that experienced with an emulator of this nature, you were kind of left out in the dark.
Google has officially announced and begun rolling out the new design for the Google Play store application staring right now. Android phones and tablets running Android 2.2 or higher will at some point over the next week or so be receiving the new layout which, we must admit, looks pretty damn nice. Then again each new design iteration of the Google Play application has been a step in the right direction for the most part.
Hitman: Absolution didn’t do as good as it was thought it would when it arrived on store shelves. That’s not to say sales weren’t good, they just were not as good as originally planned. Well in order to keep interest in the game flowing Square Eniz has released a companion application for Android and iOS so you can plan some contract killing while you’re out and about in the real world.
The rather popular Playstation emulator for Android called ePSXe has been updated to version 1.8.9 and along with this update comes some pretty nice improvements, especially if you own an Xperia Play device. If you own an Xperia Play, ePSXe now supports your device’s touchpad should you be in the need to use it.
GDC 2013 has just started and Qualcomm has announced that the company has teamed up with Unity, the makers of the Unity3D engine, in a development partnership which brings to the table better optimization for Qualcomm Snapdragon-based devices for developers when making their games using the Unity3D engine.
OUYA is nearing its official launch date, at least for backers of the rather successful Kickstarter campaign it had, with units slated to ship out on March 28th, 2013 to those who backed the appropriate level to receive an early unit. It appears that plenty of emulators are being worked on for the Android-powered console, most of which are Nintendo-based emulators.
GameFront, which is a part of Break Media, is a site that has walkthrough videos, a lot of walkthrough videos, for a lot of console and PC games. They also happen to have a ton of other files there such as mods for games, news, reviews, tools, patches and all that good stuff that, if you’re a console or PC gamer, you’ll need at one point or another.
A new application was released a few days ago that will offer up paid games for all you Android gamers out there but for free. Think of it as a “Free Game of the Day” type of service although the offers last a few days instead of just one. It seems the company behind the app, OnaDevice, has made some deals with some pretty big publishers as well because these are not just no-name titles they are offering up for free.
